CHARMS is a secure online case management system that manages all aspects of record-keeping for foster care, adoptions, children residential, supported housing, residential family centers, foster carer recruitment hubs and other care services.
SCN is a non-profit organisation and will always be privately owned. It is based on the sociocracy principles, so that all employees and customers are a part of the CHARMS Community and its growth and progress. Everyone - employees and customers, suppliers, and most importantly, CHARMS users - has a say on what CHARMS should do. We want to make sure that educators, social workers and other care providers, as well as support staff, can focus on their work knowing that CHARMS will protect their sensitive information.

Nestaid
Nestaid is an AI-driven Native Operating System designed specifically for home care agencies, integrating built-in AI employees. This system is employed by various types of agencies, including non-medical, Medicaid HCBS and waiver programs, as well as private-duty services, to streamline their daily operations, such as caregiver scheduling for client visits, electronic visit verification (EVV), care plan management, and maintaining client and caregiver records. Furthermore, Nestaid facilitates essential administrative tasks like hiring, billing, payroll-ready timesheets, and reporting. The platform also includes a suite of AI agents that perform routine office duties akin to human staff, such as managing incoming calls, filling in shifts when caregivers are unavailable, following up on missed clock-ins, screening job candidates, and generating care plans to ensure compliance. This innovative solution not only enhances efficiency but also allows agencies to focus more on providing quality care to their clients.

Corella
Corella brings an Australian care provider's whole operation into one system: rosters, care records, compliance, billing and claims, and staff. It is built for NDIS, aged-care and Support at Home, community nursing, allied health, SIL and mental-health providers, with each organisation's own words for the people it supports.
Coordinators roster on a week board with group, recurring and sleepover shifts, and nine SCHADS award checks run on the draft roster so a problem is moved before anyone works it. Workers clock on with the position recorded, then write progress notes, record medication (including Webster packs) and report incidents from their own shift. Incidents follow reportable tracks for the NDIS Commission and aged-care SIRS.
Finance staff work from the NDIS price book with its price limits, run invoices from approved work, build the NDIA's 16-column bulk payment file for upload in the provider portal, and read the NDIA's outcome file back line by line. A Xero connector and a payroll CSV carry the numbers onward.
Each provider gets its own isolated instance, hosted in Sydney, and a person on our support team replies the same day, every day. Pricing is A$19 per staff user per month with no GST and everything included, an A$149 monthly minimum, and free participant and family logins.
