Summary: Overall, my experience with Rise Vision has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. While there are a few areas that could improve, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. Their customer support team is highly responsive, the alert system works very effectively, the video and image upload process is easy to use, and the platform offers strong value for the money compared to other solutions.

Positive: What I liked most about Rise Vision was the responsiveness of their customer support team, the effectiveness of their alert system, and the overall value for the money compared to similar solutions.

Negative: What I liked least about Rise Vision was the usability of the interface. Navigating themes and locating previously published items can be confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, the player functionality isn’t always consistent, and there are still a few bugs that need to be addressed.

Summary: I like the options for the screens and being able to add and personalize. I am learning more the more I use it.

Positive: I like the ease of the program. I like the variations available. I like the updated reminders. I am learning more and more the more I use it.

Negative: There really hasn't been anything I didn't like. I think more choices are added quite regularly so that is good.

Summary: Great way for us to be able to communicate to our internal employees in manufacturing plant and break rooms.

Positive: Has every feature we'd want, simple intuitive interface, lots of support options for small IT departments that don't have time to figure out hardware issues and need to keep things online. Rollout was easy with a pilot unit and plenty of test runway. Pretty set it and forget it.

Negative: We only have 20 displays, but I imagine working with a huge number of displays could get cumbersome.

Summary: This is a great way to simplify the conveyance of information to your organization. It is simple to set up different presentations for different monitors, and to change the displays for specific times and dates. In the even of an emergency, your organization can stay informed and safe in a matter of seconds!

Positive: Rise Vision is very easy to set up and change presentations on multiple monitors across your network. It can quickly be updated to convey important information in case of an emergency. It allows multiple users the ability to access each device remotely and change the information displayed to meet the needs of specific areas. It is easy to set up and learn, and offers the ability to change the presentations to display information relevant to that area, and change displays at certain times.

Negative: Some media types will have a learning curve. PowerPoint will take some learning, but it is not that difficult to set up.

Summary: Overall, my experience has been very positive. I enjoy using the platform and look forward to the next time I log in to review the new presentations. I also greatly appreciate how inclusive it is.

Positive: I love how customizable it is! You can create your own customized slides while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded to choose from. We can create our own slides completely to market our product, highlight our team, and achievements. Then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load to catch attention and increase engagement. I especially like that since I don't always have time to research or pay attention to those smaller holidays, etc.

Negative: Some of the slides are a little on the plainer side with regard to their design and effects.

Summary: We enjoy using this system for what we need and to get our messaging out. We find it easy to use and compatible with our systems and needs.

Positive: This product is very easy to use and customize for what you want. We use it in our school to show messages and communications to students, staff, parents and visitors. There are a variety of templates to use and you can manipulate the built ones for your own personal use. We also love how it can be shown across multiple screens throughout our building.

Negative: At this time we really do not have any complaints. The system works well for our needs.

Though it’s user-friendly overall, first-time users might need some time to navigate the dashboard, manage displays, or understand scheduling options efficiently.

Summary: Overall we have been very pleased with the product and its ability to distribute signage across our campuses.

Positive: Ease of use and the ability to run signage without an external device. The software is very intuitive to use and can easily replace your existing solution.

Negative: No cons come to mind for me at this time. This is a great product.

Summary: After the first 10 minutes of getting used to the program, I felt very confident. I would recommend Rise Vision to my colleagues.

Positive: We like the easiness of Rise Vision. It is user friendly, even for people who are not professional technicians. People at Rise Vision are also very knowledgeable and responsive when you need help.

Negative: The only downside is that each of the user at school needs a personal account.

Summary: Rise Vision is allowing us to move on from our previous content management system that limited us to Google Slides. With Rise we've been able to create stunning presentations (thanks to the amazing templates) and engage our students with the school.

Positive: It's a tie between the incredible support team and the unmatched template library. It was so easy to use and setup in our school. We use Rise every day to update our digital signage boards and it was easy to integrate with our Google slides.

Negative: Something I dislike about Rise Vision is the blank template editor something I brought up with support and I appreciate how they directed me to the feature request form where I could easily request that feature.

Summary: Amazing experience and amazing staff if you need help. Easy to get in touch with and easy to understand while learning the product.

Positive: Rise vision is a great product for education with the ability to create a multitude of announcements

Negative: I haven’t found many cons, if any, after the staff helped alleviate some technical issues I was running into

Summary: Overall, i just Rise Vision on a weekly basis to provide info to the staff. Some I don't get to see very often, but using this ensures they get all the same information.

Positive: Easy to use once you get the hang of it, very configurable and the staff enjoy it. App is easy to install just a good way to get information to everyone.

Negative: Starting off, it's a bit overwhelming, editing the slides to the specific requirements. once that's done, it's off to the races!

Positive: I really enjoy using Rise Vision. It's a powerful and easy-to-navigate platform with a wide variety of options for displaying content. One of its standout features is how well it allows you to organize and categorize content for different devices. Whether you're managing a single display or an entire network across multiple locations, the ability to tailor content per device is a huge advantage.

What I also appreciate is that the platform is constantly being updated. The developers actively work out any flaws or bugs, and the ongoing refinements keep the user experience fresh and reliable. I haven’t encountered anything I dislike — the continuous improvement and re-advising of features truly set Rise Vision apart.

Negative: Rise Vision is an excellent program. It's easy to navigate and offers a wide variety of options for displaying content, making it incredibly versatile for different needs. One of the best things about it is the constant updating and improvement — any flaws or issues are quickly addressed. The regular updates and re-advising not only keep the platform current but also continuously enhance the user experience. I honestly have no dislikes about it!

Summary: Very good. Customer support is excellent. We used these throughout all of our school and being able to manage them from my office is great.

Positive: Easy to deploy in multiple schools in our district. Customer support is very good. They have some very nice templates to make your signs look professional.

Negative: Scheduling program is a little tricky to figure out.

Summary: We needed a better way to provide announcements for upcoming events, achievements and school information. This has provided an engaging way for students, staff, and community members to learn information.

Positive: Rise Vision is a very user friendly platform to help display information within our school. Their website is set up in a way that makes it easy to modify announcement presentations or upload your own. It is engaging for our students, staff and community members.

Negative: They have a wide variety of present designs you can use for announcements, but sometimes I still have to individualize and create my own presentations to fit my schools needs.
