Interactive floor plans make it simple to navigate to your desired location, locate the available rooms shown in green and book your room.
With Resource Central, meeting organizers can pre-register visitors, and receptionists can check visitors in, print customized badges, and perform barcode scans to keep track of registered visitors.
The software offers integrations with Outlook® for Mac, Outlook® on the web (OWA), room booking displays, and fully supports native Microsoft Teams’ videoconferencing and screen sharing features.
