ReputationStacker has helped us consistently generate more reviews than the competition, and the reporting gives us a clear picture of how every location is performing. Being able to compare reviews, NPS, and customer sentiment across stores helps us maintain the same customer experience standards as we continue to grow.
Positive: One of the things we love about ReputationStacker is how easy it is to roll out to new locations. As soon as a store opens, we're already collecting reviews. That early momentum helps our locations build trust faster and gives us an edge over competitors that are still trying to build their online reputation (or aren't doing anything at all).
Negative: There is no part of it that I don't like because it is well designed and always works.

Summary: We signed up for ReputationStacker when we only had 5 locations. Since then we've grown to 37 locations and ReputationStacker has played an important part in that, making sure that we always have fresh reviews. That's important for our older locations of course, but it also really helps our new locations get off to a great start as soon as they open.
Positive: What I like most about ReputationStacker is how easy it is to use. We just connected it to our CRM on day 1 and it gets us reviews automatically for all of our locations.
Negative: There's nothing bad about it so there's nothing that I don't like about it.

Summary: We use to not get many reviews for any of our locations. ReputationStacker automated our review collection and keeps it steady. Our locations have stronger online ratings than any of our competitors and we rank better in Google search and we see more inbound inquiries as a result.
Positive: ReputationStacker is makes reputation management easy across all of our tutoring locations. It automates review requests and keeps everything organized. We get a lot of reviews using ReputationStacker and the dashboard makes it easy to track performance.
Negative: I like pretty much all of it. It works perfectly for managing our reputation.

Easy way to get reviews Date: Jan 19 2026
Summary: I really like how easy reputation stacker makes it to get Google reviews from our clients. It's automated so we don't have to think about it or follow up with our clients manually and beg them to write a review. We've gotten 4 to 5 times the amount of reviews we used to get now that we use reputation stacker. I've also started to play around with the reporting features, which look pretty helpful.
Positive: Reputation stacker was really easy to set up and connect to our CRM. Now whenever we close a case it automatically follows up with the client and asks for a Google review.
Negative: It took a minute to figure out that it can't push the first party customer feedback directly to Google, but once I figured out how it asks our clients for a Google review directly then it all made sense.
