Summary: It doesn't get much worse than this. I spent over 3 years with this product - it didn't support our applicant tracking and recruitment activities effectively. We spent more time trying to get RecruitWizard to work instead of focusing on our main job of actually recruiting and placing candidates.
Save yourself the pain, and just sign up with an established product such as JobAdder.Positive: Good sales pitch, but its a pity the reality doesn't match the pitch There's not much else to say in support of this product regrettably.
Negative: If you can get past the horrible purple coloured user interface, unfortunately the functionality in this product isn't any better. Lots of bugs, limited flexibility, basic functionality that falls short of competitor products. Worse still, the support is unhelpful, dismissive, and at times rude.
