Summary: I seriously recommend all companies to use ROLLER using this since starting at my company to track sales and how much money is made in the day has made my job so much easier.
Positive: I have used ROLLER for just over a year at my work place and it’s made work that more productive it’s simple and efficient.
Negative: I can’t find a fault in all honesty my years of working at companies that use the same kind of software this has been the most reliable.

Summary: Overall I really enjoy roller and how technically involved it is. I also love that I can work from home without having to be on the networks WiFi.
Positive: I really liked how when doing party schedules, the system itself divided up the pizzas, locations, child names, and starting times without me having to click on every individual party.
Negative: I didn’t like that when the WiFi goes out the entire system does too. So it’s a struggle with our customers and our staff.

Summary: Overall best system I've used for waivers and a POS with very easy to use system whenever making changes.
Positive: Support has been a lot more helpful lately and features get added regularly to make the system more seamless.
Negative: I'd like a way to sort detailed product sales by employee to be able to run individual employee incentives rather than having to count everything manually or use 3rd party software.

Summary: The year and a half I have been using roller has been great. It makes my work experience run smoother with no trouble. I recommend any business that wants their things to go in an orderly and timely manner to choose roller.
Positive: This system is very helpful to use. It is very organized and effective. Very useful when we have to use it in a rush.
Negative: I think there should be a quicker way to reach the calendar but other than that, I have no complaints.

Summary: I really like the system, it’s easy to use and takes very little training. Once you set up your profiles it makes everything even easier. Wonderful product.
Positive: Easy to use, profile dependent, intuitive, seamless, categorized, streamlined, online resources available.

Summary: Overall I would totally recommend Roller!! Roller makes handling money and ringing up transactions fun! Roller is very flexible and can be used at many types businesses. If I ever leave my current job I will definitely miss roller. Roller is constantly updating their system and is always quick to fix any minor bugs/ add new options. Thank you Roller!
Positive: Roller is very simple to use. I have used multiple pos systems and Roller is by far my favorite. Cashing tills in and out is a breeze with the amount calculator tool. The ability to attach photos to items and passes also makes it very easy to navigate and ring up a sale. We use Roller at the trampoline park that I help manage and it makes checking in customers/ members very simple and fast. I also love that the designated wristband color for each pass can be displayed on the screen. Overall I definitely recommend roller, especially to businesses that offer memberships.
Negative: I cannot think of any major cons of roller. Roller is definitely very unique in the world of pos applications and may take some time to get used to when transferring from a different pos system. However Roller has many training videos and booklets to make learning and navigating their system a breeze.

Summary: Overall ROLLER is a super easy system I would recommend a lot of company's to test it out it makes being a cashier a lot easier.
Positive: ROLLER is a really easy system to use it makes cashiering super easy it really helps with giving the costumers the right amount if change and receiving the proper amount.
Negative: The only con about roller is sometimes the cashier till will not open during my shift so I would not be able to handle cash at the register only check in?

Summary: My experience overall is Roller is a fantastic system to work on and the support I received from Filipe was outstanding during the transition period and afterwards. Any questions I had he was very quick to respond with a solution. Always very professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with.
Positive: Roller is by far the best booking system I have used. Very user friendly. Always constant updates and new features which add to a smooth checkout for the customers. Add Ons are great for the extra sales. Creating the style of checkout that works for your business is a great feature and is working very well for our team.
Negative: Very little to report here, other than customers can't manage their own booking but this is been released very soon.

Summary: Holly, our account manager is proactive at supporting us with changes, very positive. When we transitioned away from mandatory use from our previous franchisees, we elected to keep the Roller platform of its functionality and ease of use.
Positive: The functionality, easy of use and suitability is perfect for a leisure centre. It easily allows for management of products, resources and allows for full sales and products to be instantly generated and sent to an email automatically. The stock control we have been able to link with our suppliers allowing for an automatic re ordering system.
Negative: Personally, i can't think of any cons as it's very user friendly, cost effective and efficient.

Summary: Couldn’t fault it, it is an easy to use system which all staff have quickly learned and loved to use. Very customisable whilst also being visually appealing.
Positive: Interface is very user friendly and easy to train staff. Lots of useful support from Roller online with troubleshooting.
Recently discovered the Forms option offered by Roller. Finding it very easy to create new forms, for instance we now use the feature for our parties where our customers simply fill in the form directly via a link, which links with our POS systems , streaming lining our check-in process.Negative: I’m yet to find anything I do not like about Roller, everything is very well thought out and for us, works perfectly.

Summary: As a business owner I have been using the Roller system for years and just love it. Online bookings and how the system manages this plus all the extra additions and prompts you can add to your checkout carts and point of sale really help drive my business’s revenue. Great work Roller.
Positive: Roller POS and Venue manager are extremely user friendly and non complicated. It’s a very trainable system as well for my business team.
Negative: That they do not have a “cash out” system available through Roller payments.
