    Summary: I’m so glad our company made the switch to Roller from our previous software (Centeredge). We enjoy the detailed reports that we can run to help us better understand the numbers of our business.

    Positive: The company I work for sees a high amount of traffic & Roller consistently helps us tremendously with interacting with such a large customer base on a day to day basis. It is user friendly and easy to run various reports for pretty much anything you can imagine. If there is anything a team member of mine or I don’t understand how to do, they even offer quick how to videos. My favorite thing so far has been the collaboration between the company I work for and Roller. There have been features or reports that we expressed would help us even more, and Roller has worked side by side with us and created them!

    Negative: I’m so grateful you created the wristband option. I would absolutely love an option to assign a specific time to a wristband color. Right now, it seems that it only goes off the order of the colors you select & your hours of operation. However, we have different jump options (for example 3 hours) that we still need to adjust manually in person since the software will tell us the incorrect wristband color to hand out. It would make it a lot easier for some other team members, especially new team members that we are training at the front desk.

    Summary: Great product that was easy to set up, looks great and has all the little details you wouldn't have thought of on your own but need.

    Positive: Great support from our account rep to answer any questions we had. Oftentimes, additional items within the platform also helped us accomplish what we needed before needing to reach out to the rep each time. The design components are easy to use and set up and are fairly basic while still looking nice.

    Negative: There aren't a whole lot of custom design features. Some will not be bothered by this as it allows for a streamlined process for those not as familiar with design but others who prefer a more custom technical approach may feel it is lacking.

    A much needed upgrade for our business!

    Summary: Still fairly new to the service but extremely excited for the many ways this will improve our business!

    Positive: So many more functions and options than our previous service that allows not only ease of use but adds avenues to generate additional income. Features like add-on buttons at checkout.

    Negative: It's overwhelming to get started and there are multiple was to enter data, each one with a different outcome, it is time consuming to figure out the different options and what the best set up for our needs, but once that is figured out it is super easy to maintain.

    Summary: I think the implementation was very smooth. The teams helping us get up and running were great. Once again, the support ROLLER has is wonderful.

    I really enjoy using ROLLER, and it does make my life easier when dealing with 13 different venues and their pricing/product differences.

    Positive: I enjoy how easy it is to create and edit products across all venues. We currently have 13 venues, and making pricing changes, product changes, or anything is VERY easy. You do it in one place, and it makes its way to all the venues.
    It is very easy to use and has great support. The support team and managers are very helpful, and they care.

    I really enjoy how fast things develop and move, and how much say we have as customers in new features.

    Negative: I would say that being an alternative company that operates a little differently, it does make it challenging sometimes to get the features to work in our favour.

    Great ticketing platform

    Summary: Roller has been a great platform for us, especially when it comes to ticketing and tills. The QR system works brilliantly, making the customer journey smooth from purchase right through to entry. The support team are always helpful, whether you're getting set up or dealing with any issues along the way.

    The setup process can be a bit complex, but the assistance provided makes it manageable. The main drawback is on the accounting side — you often need to pull multiple reports to get a full picture of your weekly takings, rather than having everything in one place. It also is a bit pricey. Overall, though, it’s a strong system with reliable support and excellent customer-facing features.

    Positive: Great support getting you set up or helping with any issues that arise. Great for ticketing/shop tills, great ease with the use of QR's and easy flow from purchase to end for the customer.

    Negative: when it comes to the accounting side and looking at your weekly takings, you need to use a number of reports to get the information required, rather than being able to look at one report. The set-up isn't the easiest, but there is support to help.

    Not supporting API setup ( additional charges should be there ), along with additional third-party to do so!
    The commission on the credit card sales on the POS, not online, is a big part of the overload costs

    Summary: However, I love it and recommend it for smaller industries with fewer products.
    I appreciate the fact that it's easy to use and will love it if it can be made easier to communicate with guests such as the feedback section being more friendly, and so on.

    Positive: I have been using roller for the past 3years now and will likely use it for a long time. very easy to understand the mode of operations.

    Negative: Some of the things i have seen in roller is that, it lacks some features compared to some applications that i have used for years.
    I will request to have a team in place that will respond to the challenges of users faster and update some features which i will say them upon request.

    Summary: Enjoy the software and POS system is good quality and easy to use. I think some user friendly updates or easier ways to view some pages would be awesome but otherwise, capable of doing most things. It would be awesome, if you were able to view the daily bookings calendar on the POS machine so staff knew what was coming up for the day without having a print out. But do enjoy using the system.

    Positive: User friendly booking system, good reports and updating prices etc is also easy. Good processes can be created from using the POS and app.

    Negative: Notes don't attach to receipt/booking from POS to App. Ie, when taking a misc amount, you usually need to add a note, we enter invoice numbers for large payments, these don't always print on the receipt but also don't show in the app when checking records etc.
    Calendar set up, doesn't allow bookings on either side of a booking to open up. IE we have slots every hour from 10am - 5pm. If a booking is made for 12pm we prefer that the 11am and 1pm slots were left open and the other slots were closed out until the 11am and 1pm slots received a booking. So when the 1pm slot is taken, the 2pm slot then opens up etc.
