It was costly, time consuming and not that effective. With ProProfs, we are able to provide a smooth onboarding experience to new hires, in less than a fraction of the cost that was incurred earlier.

My employees were able to update reports and projects at a central location and the best part was many of my foreign employees could also collaborate as the tool is cloud based and everything is stored online. It is a great software if you have employees from all around the world.

  • Good internal documentation tool for companies: Basically, we were interested in a better solution than Wordpress for creating internal documentation and ProProfs pretty much made things simpler for us. Wordpress is a great tool to create content but managing information can be a pain as everything was organized accounting to dates and was not ideal for the way in which we wanted to organize the content and data. Also the Zendesk integration was useful for us as ProProfs integrated well with our existing Zendesk account.
