Summary: Overall, ProHance is an effective tool to improve productivity and save time by providing comprehensive reports.

Positive: - It provides detailed insights and run smooth in every scenario.
- It is quite transparent, and it has been a major contributor of the productivity increment in our team.
- The support team is responsive and quick in solving problems.

Negative: - The tool works efficiently and improves productivity. There has not been any con faced by me or any of my team members while using ProHance.

Summary: As I said, ProHance offers a variety of information and services, has a massive clientele that makes it trustworthy. Amazing customer support and of course the features they have on offer are incomparable if used correctly.

Positive: The detailing of the data is brilliant.

Friendly and Quite Simple User Interface
Helps both In-office and WFH scenarios.

Negative: Can be perceived as a tool that might give some organization's a perception of closely monitoring their employees or tracking their activity and doubting their work ethics at times. (Which is not the scenario since the tool offers a lot more).

Summary: I have had an amazing experience with ProHance so far. It has helped in classifying the activities on or away from system into Productive/Non-Productive, capturing the first login and last logout time for automated attendance management and in creating the automated timesheets.
We have been able to effectively analyze and understand the working patterns and trends of individuals or teams and to keep track at all times where our employees are engaged (even the ones working remotely). Moreover, the process of task allocation has been automated and monitoring these tasks at every stage has made easier and effective.
I would definitely like to recommend ProHance to the businesses looking for employee performance tracker softwares.

Positive: - Time tracking tool is quite great, it provides with the best solutions.

Negative: - User interface needs constant training to function smoothly.

Very Smooth platform to use and also, it works like a daily fit bit for work!

Positive: I really like the variety of reports that ProHance provides. This really helps in deep diving into the entire work shift of the users and makes it easy for the manager to monitor and distribute the work to the user.

Also, It triggered comprehensive reports, a Real-time dashboard, and a Customer support team.

Negative: The user interface could be improved. Rest I believe everything works well for us.

Summary: Overall, my team and I love this software product and will continue to use it as our business scales and grows.

Negative: Never had any issues with this tool - when we do experience any bugs they are quickly fixed.

Positive: ProHance is a global operations management platform for operations visibility for a firm.

- Dashboards are really user-friendly. Multiple views bring a lot of business intelligence in the data

- Wizards are easy to use. One can add most frequently used graphs on home page and easily customize

- Support provided by backend team is really awesome.

Negative: There are no such cons, we would suggest ProHance team to improve on speed performance of website.

Summary: This is one of the best tools I came across during the pandemic, we were all transitioning into work from home and needed a tool to measure the productivity of the employees. Highly recommended.

Positive: Customizable dashboards and the analysis it throws are very useful. I like the heat map very much.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of so far, will think about it.

Summary: Tracking the daily tickets, individual spend on the system and different tools, so that utilisation and productivity can be determined.

Problem Solving Approach, clarity of database.

Negative: Not too user friendly, hence before getting used to it requires appropriate training.

Summary: Productivity / Utilization reports > Optimized workforce (Cross skilling, HC movement etc). Lets you deep dive to understand where your team spends time and helps monitor productivity closely.

Positive: 1. Gives you a high level view and can get into intricacies, especial when monitoring your team remote.

Negative: Playing with the tool - Smart team members can keep screen live on productive / whitelisted apps to keep their productivity high.

Summary: Great tool for BPO set up... there are multiple layers that you can peel using the data generated.

Positive: The in depth data points it generates which makes decision making so effective.
Hidden/available capacity unearthing and target setting for transactional roles. Approx, 500 FTE capacity brought to the fore.

Negative: The application navigation and over all UI should become more intuitive.

Summary: Key problem was viewing right timesheet entered on a project. We have 50+ projects on floor live and 140 members working at different stages. Every project is measured on estimated budgets vs. actual budgets. If timesheet is not accurate, it gives a skewed data and incorrect patterns and analytics. Through ProHance, we have plugged data fetch to our Project Management tool (eBridge). This way one can fill time on a project basis what ProHance show up actual time.

Positive: Time is our currency and ProHance helps us see how our time is spent effectively - at desk or away desk work. We have tagged our team members to enter project time sheet basis ProHance time, this is helping our team members to monitor themselves on utilising time effectively, working on most productive applications they should be and plan meetings optimally.

Negative: I think the tool is very matured enough to meet business objectives. Its up to us how we see it and the perspective we will have. We have been using this tool more than 10 years and we were clear how it fits in our business.

Summary: One solution for an enterprise who are looking for continuous improvement in productivity.
We have been using Prohance since last three months. The different metrics it provides are very useful to identify the gaps and correct them by taking necessary actions.

Positive: Well collaboration, seamless execution, highly experienced team. Prohance is one solution for multiple business need (attendance, timesheet, deriving different metrics to look for opportunities to improve overall on organization level).

Negative: Nothing specific. So far no issue observed. Its working well for us.

Negative: Every time we need to provide the reason, once user away from system more than 15 mins.

Summary: To round out the platform it also has a lot of automation and customization ability for managers with a nicely designed interface.

It also has the ability to track every aspect of an employee’s activity with an eye towards productivity and potential threats.

Prohance is definitely a solid choice for SMBs and large enterprises.

Positive: Keeping track of employee productivity during this pandemic.

Prohance helped us a lot in capturing user monitoring, data gathering and reporting in just a few clicks.

Negative: The system should allow PM or TL to check activities of their team members only.

Summary: One of the Best & Must software to be used on any kind of organization for tracking employees efficiency and performance.
User attendance during WFH mode and also it helps us to see the user on top application used.

Positive: It provides with Activity Away from systems, Top Applications used by the users and Attendance by User.

Negative: Stacked Bar chart is not available when 25 or more employees in Activities away from system by user level.
