Summary: In general, a hidden gem and a must use for any engineering firm.

Positive: I liked the cloud based platform makes it much more accessible by multiple users, the dashboards are easy to configure and very informative especially the KPIs section which is vital for top management's review.

It covers all project aspects from inception to closure, customizable, can be integrated import/export with JIRA, Excel, Microsoft Projects and many other important platforms makes transition to this new software an enjoyable task rather than a show stopper as in other software packages.

Negative: This software was a unique experience among our organization that all discipline engineers, draftsmen, planners and managers have agreed to use it without trying to find all tiny problems and that by itself is a great achievement.

Summary: This new star software is the best user friendly superb UI that I have ever used with many advanced features makes it the best choice for professional Project Managers in various industries.

Positive: - The software is capable to cover all the aspects of a project from inception, negotiation and contract signing until final handover.

- Risk identification, mitigation and management features are exactly matching what I learned as per Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.

Negative: We have been using this software for almost a year and there is no significant complaint that should be mentioned.

Summary: Overall, It is obvious the designers are project managers with an intimate understanding of PM who sought to create a product to make their own lives easier; the perfect kind of inspiration. PM products are directly tied to efficiency and effectiveness. WorkOtter maximizes both – and makes it difficult not to.

Positive: The process of using WorkOtter is superlative. The interface is responsive and gives you powerful, comprehensive oversight and highly granular control over all aspects of a project; all with the most intuitive interface I have encountered with PM software. This all facilitates more completed projects on time and within budget. As I am also an IT Administrator for my organization, setup and onboarding is a breeze as well.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) I should say this software is a distinguished added value to the existing platforms and shall serve a wide range of users.

Positive: - Design is super friendly and uses the professional terminology utilized in the wide spectrum of Project Management.

Negative: Honestly, there is nothing that I can say I did not like on this platform.

Summary: I have used other PM tool like Microsoft Project, Monday.com Smartsheet however I like WorkOtter most because of its UI design, very responsive and pretty my can do anything that I can imagine with this tool.

Positive: WorkOtter is a really comprehensive PM tool specially for an end user like me, I have been using this for about a year and it makes it easy to do my job. I like the fact it's completely web based and I don't need to download a heavy tool like Microsoft Project. My tasks are easy to understand and follow thank to WorkOtter for their unique UI design. I can also see status of other team member status and the collaboration in real time.

Negative: Well I cant think of any as its a fantastic tool in my opinion.

Summary: As a Project Manager and managing 6 people with multiple projects, WorkOtter is the best solution I have used so far.

Positive: I like that from the Dashboard, you can really see the progress of multiple project you are doing with an actual visual on the progress.

The best thing I like about it is WorkOtter is agnostic and you can integrate with other software like excel. So if you have any information that you wanted to show in excel or Microsoft project, you can definitely use it. There are also several templates available which is cool and makes my life easier.

Negative: I would appreciate some cooler UI, but it's really not a deal breaker and I'm just being picky with colors.

Summary: It's a nice resource and project management tool for executives, project managers, and team members with many features and capabilities which actually saves a lot of time and money.

Positive: It's a great product to manage projects and portfolios. It has a very interactive user-friendly interface, I really like the customization and drag-and-drop feature. For PM the grant chat is great and tasks detailed view such as document management, and comments feature really help with communicating. I also love the MS project Sync feature which saves a lot of time.

Negative: At this point, I don't see any issues with this product only suggestion I have is that it will be nice to have the pricing on the website.
