Summary: WorkOtter is easy and fun to use; it did not require heavy onboarding, and most of the features are very intuitive. It feels like the tool has been created by real PM practitioners and the pain points I struggled before with are resolved already.

Positive: 1) Planning - as I do both in my current organization (projects, and planning in one of the company's departments)
2) Adaptable Gantt solution - timeline can be moved in just few clicks
3) Charts and other templates - absolutely LOVE them, and management is very impressed

Negative: Promotion of the tool - I did not know about this software before, but strongly believe it is a solid competitor for large market players.

Positive: WorkOtter offers a wide range of project management tools, including task management, resource allocation, budget tracking, and more, all in one platform.
Intuitive user interface: Users have praised WorkOtter for its easy-to-use interface, which makes it simple for team members to navigate and collaborate on projects.

Negative: WorkOtter does not offer a free plan, which could be a barrier for smaller teams or those with limited budgets. However, they may have upcoming resolution to this problem & it is worth it 100% to buy it.

Summary: I like the fact that WorkOtter has a sandbox so that a new user can learn to use worry-free, as well as plan with employee hours and budget - such a great feature. The Template Project makes things very user friendly and interactive, and you can edit easily. The drag and drop feature to change deadlines is fantastic. It is lightning-fast and synchs with Microsoft Project making it extremely easy.. I feel like it will be a timesaver for new users to learn and to centralize everything. There’s no searching through tabs or drop-downs - the menu is straight and to the point. The report functions are great for presentations, data tree is such a cool feature!

Positive: Reporting features (specifically the strategy tree chart and bubble chart) are great for meetings/presentations. I find the visual reports very effective and you can see where things are with just a glance. If anyone asks a question, it's usually just a few clicks away. Very user friendly. You can tell that it was developed by people with experience using PM software as WorkOtter takes out all of the little nuances that can become tedious over time. I didn’t feel intimidated by WorkOtter like I have with programs such as Jira, which I find overwhelming. Straightforward reporting, easy to train new users, and great integration capabilities.

Negative: No cons that I can think of. It integrates with Excel and MS Project, which is all that I need. If you wanted to integrate with another application, it could be an issue - but just using WorkOtter on its own is more than enough. If you like "flashy" - this might not be for you. If you like functionality and ease of use, this IS for you.

Summary: I’m impressed and will continue to use and share amongst my team. I’m constantly recommending to others who run and own businesses. Very user friendly and easy to learn and start using immediately.

Positive: This is helping me keep things in line, organized and on task. Lots of features I continue to find out about and use all the time. I like that you can customize to your specific needs.

Negative: I haven’t found any dislikes at this time. There is so much to offer that customized to your own needs.

Summary: WorkOtter's ability to sync with other platforms is nice if you are fluent and not sure of change. Once using WorkOtter you'll quickly learn how easy it is to navigate and plan while cutting down the process time to create. Great product and easy to use on any level.

Positive: Quick, real-time functionality. Very well organized and easy to use. Ability to create, share and explain to coworkers is beyond simple.

Negative: I wish I had found this product sooner - could have saved a lot of time with previous project planning.

Summary: If you are a professional project manager and feel like other softwares are lacking in tools that could increase your output look no further.

Positive: Overall the product is very comprehensive and increases productivity by including tools and features that relieve pain points not included in other software.

Negative: This may take a little more time to set up HOWEVER the increase in efficiency is worth the time spent learning the software.

Summary: The company has saved manpower hours, been more organized and efficient since implementing WorkOtter into our lives. We have been able to stay on top of scheduling, time lines and improved team collaboration.
My reports stand out so much more with the additional, and fun, graphic applications through the Gantt charts.
My team and I would not trade this program in for any other that we know of.
I HIGHLY recommend this program for all possible reasons.

Positive: Everything. This program has changed my work life in so many positive ways.
I have more time to handle other non PM related tasks.
WorkOtter has absolutely every tool you possibly need all in one. There are no other needed in house programs when it comes to team communication, resource management, timelines, scheduling, projections, etc.
I can't get enough of the Gantt charts and the animation feature.

Negative: I can not say there is any feature that I do not like.
I wish I had this program years ago when I started PM.

Summary: My overall experience has been great with WorkOtter. The software has definitely helped me improve my productivity and simplify my projects and reports.

Positive: I liked the overall User Interface of the software. It was very easy to get used to and navigate.
Gantt charts were easily editable and I could change scheduling by simple drag and drop function without needing to worry about reformatting the whole chart.
I could easily import my data from Excel and MS Projects
Dashboards are fun to use and we can maximise their function by using interactive data animation templates.

Negative: I have liked the product so far and there aren't any cons I can think of at the moment.

Summary: Friendly interface, comprehensive features, and robust reporting capabilities. Be ready to train the new Guy. but other then that I love it.

Summary: This is a great product that is very user friendly! I really enjoy the dashboard feature of this project as they look great and are easy to customize and edit. The sales and customer service team at WorkOtter are incredible and I plan on using this product for a very long time!

Positive: I really enjoyed the setup process along with how easily everything syncs and integrates with my projects.

Negative: I have no complaints, everything is easy to understand and use!

Summary: Overall I love the simplicity of the WorkOtter. It also provides great project management features, interactive reports, and useful charts. I love how much time this app saves.

Positive: I found that WorkOtter offers a range of impressive features. The ones I have made great use of and have enjoyed are:

- project planning tools
- the portfolio management modules
- HR allocation tools.

I find that it also allows for easy collaboration with team members and offers a variety of professional reports and charting options.

Negative: There has been nothing that has deterred from this WorkOtter, it's worked very well for my team.

Summary: I would absolutely recommend WorkOtter to project managers, analysts, department managers, or anyone looking for a new, cutting edge project management tool. It's very user friendly and interactive!

Positive: It has a lot of great features, but what stands out the most is the reports and dashboards. They are interactive and super fun to use.

Negative: I haven't come across and cons yet at this point.

Summary: Overall: This is a thoughtfully designed platform, particularly for technical project management, no matter your team member's individual skill set. WorkOtter is an absolute slam dunk in my office.

Positive: Pros: The WorkOtter interface provided an intuitive project macro overview and more granular detail than I should be allowed. For my dollar, it provides the most intuitive PM Software for staff of all technical skill levels.

Negative: Cons: I'm slightly annoyed that everyone in the office now wants to get their grubby mitts on my cool new project management software. Otherwise, no complaints so far.

Summary: I would highly recommend WorkOtter to anyone who would like a system to keep them stay organized an on task.

Positive: I love WorkOtter the use of templates and how quickly I can adjust the Gantt chart based on project needs is my favorite portion. The visualization of the reporting is easy to manipulate into different views so you can see the data from all sides.

Negative: This is really simple to use, and even teammates who aren't great with technology found it easy to use.

Summary: Overall, I think it’s a is a very easy and interactive project management platform. It saves time and money because of the advanced features.

Positive: WorkOtter is a very easy and interactive project management platform , it comes with so many features which is really great. It’s one of the best collaboration tools that I have used. It saves a lot of our time as we can collaborate easily and make us efficient. I would highly recommend this product.

Negative: So far the product has been worked really well for me so I am not sure if there are any.
