Positive: The software/program is so innovative and interactive! It's incredibly simple to us, not to mention the program can do real-time reports/forecasts for "what-if" situations and guide you on how to achieve the best outcome possible.

Negative: Nothing yet! It checks all the boxes as far as what's needed and required.

Summary: My experience with WorkOtter has been great incredible as an Accounts Manager and member of a Marketing project management team. Right from the start, their sales staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge without any hint of pushiness, so it ended up being a seamless implementation process setting things up with the software. I must also commend the remarkable support team, who promptly addressed all our queries and played a pivotal role in helping us kick-start our journey with WorkOtter.

Positive: What I liked most about this software was the ease of building and configuring dashboards. It's not easy to overlook sometimes with PM softwares, but WorkOtter's dashboard features allow me to create a personalized workspace tailored to my project management needs.

The resource management and capacity planning features were incredibly useful in allocating and tracking resources, and that really does help when it comes to efficient project execution.

The ability to sync with Microsoft Excel and integrate with other systems through open APIs streamlined my workflows and enhanced collaboration with seamless data exchange. So it's pretty much a bit of many things that I'm coming to like about the software.

Negative: No issues at present. There's a bit of a learning curve needed to maximize the entire software's utility but that's applicable to pretty much any software. It's been pretty intuitive to use so far, however, so everything seems to be working fine.

Positive: This project management software is a total game-changer. I really love how simple the tool really is to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and a pleasure to navigate. Negative: Let me start by saying that WorkOtter is absolutely fantastic! I can't help but be impressed by this project management software. I genuinely struggled to find any faults with this platform because it excels in every aspect. WorkOtter has everything you need to keep your projects on track. WorkOtter has exceeded my expectations, leaving me with no complaints whatsoever.

Summary: Overall I am enjoying the experience. Something that I count as really important is the ability to customize things so that it can be personalized. This makes that really easy. I also like to slowly incorporate newer software and systems, so the integration with Microsoft Projects made this perfect. Everything else is really just a bonus feature to me.

Positive: The drag-and-drop features make customization super easy. Everyone can set it up in ways that suit their own style, too. I have gotten a lot of use out of the mobile views as well. We've been able to track time and log work that's been completed so much more easily, and changing schedules in real time has never been so seamless. Another feature I have thoroughly enjoyed is the ability to create comments that mention another user, which is then sent to their email, and they can reply to it through the email directly. I believe we even want to try and find a way to work this into communications with our contractors and applicants. Oh, and the 2-way integration with Microsoft Project has made transitioning much easier for some of our staff, since that's what we previously used.

Negative: Since it was a somewhat new software, we have taken quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to do some of the things we needed to do. The support has been very helpful, but for some of us it's just not so easy to pick up for the first-time use.

Summary: My overall experience has been a good one. I was skeptical at first, then on day two I ran into some issues and had to contact support so of course I started preparing for the worst. Support wrote me back really quick though and had the issue taken care of within a few hours.

Positive: First of all, the dashboard. A lot of companies try and make the dashboard too flashy and end up making it hard to use, but this was very simplistic compared to them yet somehow wasn't lacking any features.

Negative: So far I don't have any complaints. I'm sure that could change a few weeks down the road, but i'm happy with it right now.

Summary: Reliable, efficient and it made projects fun and easy to plan and adjust if any dependencies had delays.

Positive: If you're a project manager in need of software that has all the tools a professional requires to plan large or small scale projects WorkOtter is intuitive and easy to use.

Negative: Took a bit of time to set up, but that's expected with any productivity software. Once set up it was a breeze to use.

Summary: Exciting and Empowering at best. With WorkOtter, You can track not just Projects but time spent during the execution of each task and generate reports as well plus the pricing is very friendly.

Positive: With WorkOtter, Everything about managing Projects and Teams are in one place. Normally, I would use a PM tool and Track time worked on another tool but with WorkOtter, Everything is done within the same tool and it is so amazing

Negative: Nothing really. I have barely noticed any issues.

Positive: It is super user-friendly with drag-and-drop features and interactive and editable pages. You can manage your teams, do their assignments, create To-Do lists, reminders and have internal chat.

Negative: So far all seems great, nothing negative. I love to use it.

Negative: None whatsoever, it's perfectly adaptable around everything I'm doing.

Summary: They have flexible plans that help users like the "30 day implementation plan" that help setup the software quick and easy, along with expanding licenses and plans they ensure everything is proper with no additional charges and pressure. Support team is great which made the whole transitioning process into the software so much easier.

Positive: I loved the fact that everything is very easily accessible and very easy to navigate. It syncs with Microsoft and also very customizable because there are ways to configure and customize display - which is great for people who have very distinct ways of working. The dashboards are easy to configure and you can also share with a team space which is also very easy to have collaborate. There are ways you can view the software on IOS and android. For people who work with several portfolios and work with a lot of product management WorkOtter is very very useful. It is heavily stacked with so many features, very accessible and a great great price for all of this.

Negative: Everything has been great so far. There are many features to get through which may seem overwhelming but just like any platform/tool you get the hang of it and can work your way around it. Especially because you can customize it your own liking. No complaints so far.
