    Worst Support Team Buyer Beware

    Summary: Just use GHL and go with a company that will give you support and actually what you have paid for.

    Positive: I liked the lifetime deal i found and the cost of it and there is where the liking stopped.

    Negative: I didn't like waiting for 18 hours to get my license for the product that says will be emailed when purchased.

    I did not like having to email support 3 times for this over 2 days.

    I also purchased their so called marketing automation and never even got that hooked up and now i am waiting for 2 days to get my money back from a ghost.

    This review is false. From our Member Services rep, Zainab T: "Upon thorough investigation, it has come to light that you submitted a ticket for the Lifetime License Activation on March 12th. I personally handled this matter and successfully resolved it in 2 hours. This is documented and time stamped. Additionally, you activated our Marketing Automation Suite and access was granted the same day. This is documented and time stamped." Each and every inquiry was handled professionally and timely. Not one thing took more than a few hours from the time of the ticket. 18 hours is not even remotely accurate. It's completely false. PipelinePRO offers world class support and training. Could you please clarify why you posted this false review if the team replied to each and every one of your inquires with a solution, within hours, and all of it is documented? Thanks.

    Misleading at best

    Summary: You're not going to save with the way they have structured the tool. If you want something more simple, there are other products that provide a free baseline account. You can them upgrade as you go along.

    I didn't even manage to get to the tool itself because I was being brainwashed in trying to buy some upsells.

    There's no objectivity in what's being sold to you. These are rev share upsells.

    Positive: Interesting price entry. It was enticing to get in because of the side-by-side comparison to choose them over other funnel providers.

    Negative: In order for you to be effective, they put you through a battery of upsells that you thought you could be effective with the tool itself.

    Summary: Very poor. Although customer service did respond quickly to offer me a refund. I better check that it comes through and will update the review accordingly.

    Positive: Not that much. Automatic import of funnels from ClickFunnels didn't work. Wasted a few hours trying to work their system out. It's very intuitive. No forms. Can't edit business information. Looks good but unusable.

    Summary: EXTREMELY POOR and inefficient. No customer service, you have to fill out a ticket for everything, and there’s no direct number to contact them not to mention, as I mentioned above, frequent double charging.

    Positive: NOTHING!!! There was nothing that I could find that was useful. You pay for a lifetime license that covers nothing.

    Negative: I had originally purchased this product to be able to help my business streamline to have everything all in the same place at the same time. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. This system is an absolute JOKE. I had to submit numerous “support tickets” to have things fixed REPEATEDLY. The lifetime license is also a joke as well. You pay the fee once expected this to work properly, and for the system to be as advertised, but you have access to nothing and then you get nickeled and dime for every little thing to try to add onto it. I was consistently double charged for the “marketing automation suite“ repeatedly, and the system wouldn’t post half the time or give me an “error” and wouldn’t work anyway. I canceled the program completely and I am still being charged, not once, BUT DOUBLE AGAIN!! Stay away from this product and do not use it. It will completely mess up your website, your social media, and your contacts. Oh, and if you want to have messaging and email options to your clients as well, that’s another added cost that they didn’t tell you about that supposedly isn’t covered by the lifetime license. Once customer service did respond, I actually straight up ask them “what exactly does the lifetime license even cover?“ And they never gave me a straight answer. STAY AWAY!!

    The $37 Lifetime tier is hilariously under powered.

    Summary: They sold this based on the lifetime tier, advertised it hard, and made it out to be fully functional for a great price - I'm a small business with 1 user, so I thought it might be OK, and $37 was a low risk. Not only was I disappointed, but their support didn't respond within service level, and when they did, the tone of the email was basically, "Oh, you need to pay to upgrade so you can edit your business information" User/business profile is table stakes for users to edit, and having spent the last 15 years working in software development, I was appalled.

    Positive: You can build funnels. They won't really work unless you pay more, but that's really it. I've tried looking for some other positive, but honestly, I can't find it.

    Negative: Pipeline builder blocks javascript widgets from the custom HTML/JS element in the website and funnel builder.

    You have to pay extra for the marketing automation suite to update your business information.

    Done For You Fail

    Summary: I purchased the 10K ‘Done for You’ Package to save myself time on tech set up and marketing. For me, PLP was a disappointing, frustrating, time consuming, and expensive mistake. I am a patient and reasonable person, and I tried harder than I should have to make things work with PLP, but in the end I decided to cut my losses and move on… only to be told again how great PLP are, and that I am impossible the please!? Still getting over the fact that I paid 10K for gaslighting.

    My advice? Go HighLevel for the platform.

    Positive: The platform itself is excellent. All-in-one and easy to use, even for a newbie like me. I wish I had realised earlier that it is HighLevel’s white label product, rebranded as PipelinePRO. I have moved to HighLevel and have more features for less money.

    Negative: PLP do a decent job of selling their high ticket offer, but in my experience they fell way short of the mark when it came to delivering what had been sold. I tried to manage it by requesting to exchange the custom conversion system for tech support, which, to their credit, PLP did agree to do… eventually. However to say communication was difficult is putting it mildly. I found most communication exasperating. The standard response to negative feedback was repetitive defensive big-noting of PLP. I notice the same has happened when dissatisfied customers have left negative reviews. Thou doth protest too much? If you are considering PLP, pay attention to the red flags.

    I fell for the Upsell

    Summary: After leaving an honest Trustpilot review, Andrew is claiming I'm attempting to "extort money" by demanding a refund for poor service. He's also apparently instructing his legal team to file a defamation and slander lawsuit against me. I'm apparently bullying him and his team. Then he throws in at the end that they're still dedicated to finish the project should I wish to work with them and it's my choice. Charming, eh?

    I've since had a response from Andrew agreeing to refund 50% and stop his lawyers from resuming the apparent slander case. I agreed to then have him add terms that I am to remove the Trustpilot review AND sign a legal document to never negatively speak of the company.

    The fact the company will go to such extents suggests that their reviews are heavily biased positive because they SILENCE the negative reviews by threatening legal proceedings. Disgraceful service.

    Please DO NOT purchase any service from them. I'm sure you don't want to support a company with a lack of ethics and principles. And if something doesn't go well, they'll turn it around on you. You just couldn't make this up!

    Positive: I was so impressed with the software capabilities during the initial calls. The software seemed to have a lot of features all under one platform.

    Negative: I paid a whopping $7k (total package valued at over $16k!) for them to build my pipeline and was disappointed by the poor quality of service. The two strategy calls were valued at $3k (that's $1500 each!). I was expecting to hear some insightful strategies. Instead all I got was me telling Andrew the piece of content I thought would work and also me suggesting the title. Utterly disappointed.

    Well, this person actually just did make this up. This entire review is false and our company has already begun a formal lawsuit against this individual for slander, defamation of character, misrepresentation and contract violation -- VERY serious, punishable offenses that carry consequences and fines for damages. And we have no way of "silencing" anyone as review sites like this are wide open to the general public and cannot be edited. A preposterous statement. Furthermore, we have a signed "legally-binded contract" on file from this client, of which our team has followed to the letter, in a professional manner, quality work, dozens of hours of documented deliverables, consulting and 50%+ of the project completed. What is disgraceful and disturbing is attempting to breach a signed contract, asking for money back with over 50% of the work completed, and then posting defamatory information online, bully our team members, and post outright lies and misrepresentations about our organization, in an obvious attempt to extort money from PipelinePRO. As a courtesy, we even offered a 50% refund to this client, even though we have a signed contract on file that clearly states that the service is non-refundable. Our legal team has given us authorization to provide the direct link to the lawsuit upon request. It would be REAL tough to operate a global software company if "it didn't work."     Can't Get Past A Blue Screen After Logging In

    This company has horrific customer service. I haven't been able to log in over two weeks. My sales pages created in the application have scrambled SSL pointing god knows were (they were fine up until two weeks ago) and the only response i can get is...we've reset your password. I have never been more frustrated with an application or customer service in my life.

    With software, login issues or glitches can happen from time to time. And we have a superb Member Services Team that works around the clock for our members to assist with anything and will even schedule Zoom sessions to assist wherever needed. We've replied to this customer within "hours" offering solutions and offering to assist in any way that we can. This ended up being a Cache issue on their end, in which we helped the customer clear out. Problem solved. That's hardly "abysmal customer service" but some people do feel the need to put others down to make themselves feel better. The PipelinePRO member services team will continue as always to assist our members with any tech glitches even if it's on their end. Great job team!

    Summary: Terrible, no one answers that 877 line, no one responds to tickets or emails- if they do they keep trying to sell you their product.

    Positive: Nothing, I found it very confusing, lacking of any direction. No support, had to watch videos to teach myself how to use. Ended up not liking it and trying to cancel to no avail.

    Negative: I tried out their 7 day trial and before finalizing requested a cancellation. They have ignored my requests and to this day still have not cancelled my membership which I don't even use.

    We just pulled this customers information and we replied to each and every one of his inquiries within "hours" and replied to his refund request email stating a refund has been issued, also within "hours." We document all customer communication, dates and times. We also offered a 1-on-1 live Fast Start Session like we do for all of our members (at no cost). We clearly have not ignored anyone's request, and we never have. We have a phenomenal, large team of Member Service Reps replying to and assisting our members 10+ hours per day, 6 days per week, along with LIVE chat feature in our dashboard. This post is completely false and irresponsible.     Summary: Buyer beware!!! Look at other products. Their lousy product and support comes down to the old saying. “You get what you pay for” garbage.

    Negative: They claimed license issues, took almost a week to login. Then later that week I couldn’t login again. They claim full refund. I have been waiting over a week to receive my refund. I have no trust in this company or products.

    This customer was provided with a private login each and every time they requested one. And this customer was also provided with a refund as soon as they asked. We've never not replied to or assisted a customer and we've never not honored a refund in company history. So what exactly would someone need to "beware" of?     Summary: I was promised an "all in one" CRM system, and what I got was a lot of problems. Try importing a new phone number, good luck, try sending text messages good luck, try sending mass emails good luck. Nothing worked for me. After about 30 days trying to integrate everything to work properly I decided to go back to my old CRM.

    Positive: Not many, they promised a lot but failed to deliver. I am going back to my old CRM. Too bad this wasted a lot of my time.

    Negative: Terrible integration, and poor customer service, What made me cancel was when the technical support person said that everything was working, when it in fact was not.

    Our system does not have a single glitch. We audit it daily. You can not "import" a phone number into our system, and no where in our start up steps does it say that you can. Twilio powers all of our SMS text messaging and voice broadcasting and outbound phone calling. Our members simply select a Twilio phone number within the dashboard and then that phone number becomes the number Texts and Calls come from. There is no other way to use our platform. Our deliverability and reliability is flawless. This is ALL laid out IN DETAIL in our start up steps, training, live calls AND we even offer a complimentary 1-on-1 Fast Start Session to all members to walk them through things like this (at our expense). Not sure how you missed all that but we are happy to assist or jump on a zoom session to show you. We have FIVE tiers of member services that can assist: Email support, live chat, facebook group for members only, two live trainings per week, and over 200 video tutorials. Insisting on doing something that our system does not do, and when you are told what the solution is, then not liking the answer, and then posting a review that our system does not work is very unusual and unethical. Not sure what the motivation is behind posting false information on a review site when we can gladly show you how everything works or even set it up for you...

    Summary: Trash. Unresponsive and don't fulfill their promises they make on their services. These guys are straight scam artists.

    Positive: Nothing. You can do all of this on GHL by yourself, GPPro just learned and it and does a great job sugar coating the product/service backed off the same support system that's already within GHL.

    Negative: They're impossible to get a hold of, UNLESS your credit card doesn't go through on a subscription you agreed to.. they were animate about sliding in my emails then to get my money.

    Paid these guys a year ago to the DFY model and some freaking how, the emails for my Lead Form on my website was triggering emails back to the prospect from brad@gopipelinepro.com? Like, what? It's supposed to come to my company's email, not GPPPro... I have emailed, called and still to this day, I have had ZERO responses even though their VM says "someone will contact you back within 24 hours." Pff, yeah, that's clearly a lie.

    I've never been so frustrated with a service or company than I have these guys and can't believe i've given them $2,400 in the last year for this crap.

    Summary: Experience with PipelinePRO was terrible. Get the high level software from somebody else, anybody else, there are literally hundreds of providers you can get it through if you want it. No reason to go through pipeline.

    Positive: No comment on the software - software is fine.

    I can give the software great reviews, but the company doesn't deserve any stars.

    Negative: Company is unresponsive. Then something happened nearly two months later when they acted like nothing happened. I don't like working with companies that want to brush all their mistakes under the rug like they never happened. Again, the software is great, but if you want to leave Pipeline, just be careful.

    100% incorrect. In order for our company to move a customers account onto another software platform upon their request and migrate all of their data , naturally takes some time. We did this for this customer at NO cost, as a courtesy. This took a couple weeks, not two months. This review is complete misinformation. We take misinformation very seriously. "Held hostage" is awfully dramatic and juvenile. And clearly false. It takes a small person to post misinformation like this after we migrated all of their data for them onto a different platform, at NO cost, as a courtesy. We're proud of how we service our members, tens of thousands of them now in over 20 countries, and we receive literally hundreds of glowing testimonials per month.

    Summary: So far it seems like they need more transparency up front around their promotion campaign and due to their wording and description, I feel mislead and dissatisfied.

    Positive: I was bought in at the $39 one time fee for access to save on all other CRM features. I then found out that this just gives me access to the back pages which I cannot use until I start paying.

    Negative: The cost per month is $93+... this is higher then other CRM's I currently use. I get they have extra features, but the extra features essentially are a paid addition at $93.

    This is false. Our system does not require anyone to purchase anything else unless they "choose" to add "optional" outbound marketing to their lifetime license. Outbound marketing is not included with our lifetime license -- and no where on our sales page does it say that it is. Most people like to bring in their own specific outbound marketing tools if they do not want to use ours, so we leave this option as a "choice" to the user to add to or customize their lifetime license software as they see fit. This is explained IN DETAIL right on our sales page and as well as in the FAQ section of the site PRIOR TO anyone buying anything at: www.salespipelinetracking.com. 👈 We have one of the top legal teams in the US that reviews all of our sales assets for compliance. Failing to read the website prior to purchasing does not make our software misleading or in any way not transparent. It makes this user misinformed, and in turn this is a false, misleading review. Our average user is now saving almost "$400 PER MONTH" with no monthly fees ever with just the 8 core Business Growth features all included with our lifetime license.
