Summary: My experience with Will was great! He is so good at what he does! He's quick without being pushy or uptight. He communicates well about what he is doing, so you're not just sitting in silence wondering. I think the features of the platform are very good, but the ease of using it all can be overwhelming and complicating. I love the training videos, and how we are updated with all the new things that comes out. We aren't left to see it on our own. PipelinePRO is very innovating to every business. I'm excited to get it up and going like a fine oiled machine!
Positive: The platform can do so much in one place and that's why I'm here! I love the phone number option! And the funnel making, and how I will get to see all of my analytic from everything. I'm excited to use the poll/survey funnel for social media. And Will did a great job of helping me with my email! He is very patient, calm and makes you feel at ease. And I could understand him very well. Will is awesome and very much appreciated!
Negative: The zoom call isn't always clear. Although I love that there are training videos, I have a difficult time understanding the accent of the trainer at times so I don't always understand what they are talking about. If I could get a few more detailed videos of actually making a funnel with the steps of what I'd put in it would be wonderful! Visuals help me! I think some of the videos aren't current with the new things of the platform. I don't like that I have to spend a lot of money on the extra things.

Summary: Great! It was a bit of a learning curve but the information is all available in the members area and if you're having trouble you can get help relatively quickly.
Positive: I love that I can get help when I need it - when your systems are all separate and something goes wrong it's a slog to figure out where the problem is but the support team can always help at PipelinePro because it's all one system.
I love having everything in one place.
I love how well everything integrates together.
The team is great about keeping us up to date on new regulations that may affect use like new Google rules and such.Negative: It can be a little overwhelming, especially if you are not a daily or weekly user. As a previously seasonal business I found it hard to get back into when my season came around but now that I'm using it daily it's truly fantastic.

Summary: My experience has been great so far a few months in. Waleed in particular was excellent in helping to get my email integration up and running. Definitely happy with my decision to use PLP!
Positive: PipelinePRO is an excellent platform for managing all of my digital marketing efforts and pipeline management. I've even used it for managing offline leads that I'm working. It takes a bit of work and effort to get up to speed with how everything functions together, but in the end it's well worth the effort.
Negative: People should understand that to truly make use of all of the functions of PipelinePRO, they need to plan on upgrading from the beginning. Expecting to have an amazing system for just the one-time purchase price would be very unrealistic.

Summary: Happy to have found such an all encompassing solution and to have been able to lock in at such a great price means that I always know what it will cost and there are no hidden surprises. The team are also great at keeping you informed about changes happening in the broader internet landscape - such as the recent changes made re email delivery - and provide solutions to ensure you are always compliant.
Positive: The variety of features means that I could eliminate several different software subscriptions so making this a very cost-effective solution. I particularly like the sales tracking and pipeline display so I have visibility on what is happening in my business. I also appreciate the integrated social media posting software. Support is very good.
Negative: Initially it took a bit of time to understand how the system operated but now it is super intuitive. Only uses paid Zapier as an integration platform.

Summary: Recommended. Waleed (Will) was very nice as well as David and everything seems to be working very nicely. All in one solution... I love it!
Positive: Overall I like PipelinePRO very much, it simplified my life by having everything in one place and so far their customer service has been great.
I love the low monthly price too.Negative: There are some extra services I had to pay upfront, but they are only one time and I'll keep them forever (like templates and the such), so when I annualize the cost, it's not bad at all for everything I get.

Summary: A few years ago I had a partner and I was tasked with finding a system for us to use. I looked at Zoho and a few other popular ones. PipelinePRO came out on top because of its price and what it offered. I have not been disappointed since. I started assisting other businesses with setting up their systems and in order for anyone to work with me they have to agree to get this software. I'm not an affiliate. I am someone who values things that get the job done at a low price. This software gets the job done. This team gets the job done. If you're a business owner whether you're just starting out or you've been in the game for a while, this software will make your business flow easier. And I'm saying this as someone who has helped multiple businesses structure their CRMs for multiple users. I think one company has a team of 60 on it and they're still paying the same rate that another company I set up that just has three users. And the support team is awesome.
Perfect example is the meeting I had with Waleed (Will). Super patient, understanding, and an amazing ability to relate information in a way that I understood. We were discussing e-mail deliverability and the changes Google is pushing. By the time we finish the meeting, I knew the difference between an SMTP provider, a domain provider, and how it all integrates into pipeline pro. It's hard to find an IT support team that's easy to communicate with.
I will be using this for my business and all the other businesses I work with for as long as it's around.Positive: This CRM is truly complete. For the price point, you'll be able to truly give clients a white glove feel even if it's just a 1 person operation. This software allows you to really gain control over your business while keeping it manageable for scaling because of the automations.

And the piece I feel is most important, unlimited users for a flat rate. Just this piece alone will save you how much?Negative: If you have no experience, you have to watch the basic training videos. If you have experience in setting up a CRM, still watch the basic training videos. It's easy to get overwhelmed setting a system up because there is a lot to do.

Summary: PipelinePRO is a great system at a phenomenal price! As I become more familiar with it, I get more excited!
Positive: I had been looking for a CRM for years and never found one that fit my needs, so I stuck to using a Excel as my CRM (not very efficient). Additionally, I had been considering other apps for funnel creation and automation and decided I wasn't ready to commit to the price. I can't believe I can get the features of many of these programs in on system through PipelinePRO at a very reasonable price - a huge savings compared to purchasing everything I needed separately. I'm so grateful I found Pipeline Pro!
Negative: There's a lot to learn and it feels overwhelming, but once I dig in and take it one step at a time, I find it's much easier than my brain made it out to be. However, like with any new system, there is definitely a learning curve.

Summary: Overall great experience for me. With email services help, and workflow help, and attending to my questions and constant support I know I will grow together with this company.
Positive: I finally found an All in one CRM service! Services added like Memberships, social media, calendar, invoicing, quickbooks, affiliate marketing, and so much more! Furthermore they have great customer support weekly if needed. Very knowledgeable support staff. some shining stars Will, Ahmer, and David just to name a few. However, there many others are very helpful also. This is a CRM that can help and expand your business!
Negative: Sometimes I didn't get notifications of canceled weekly call.

Positive: PipelinePRO platform with the Automation suite has so many integrations that help me stay organized all in one place. I am new to this type of software and the support has been amazing. Summary: You really can't beat getting access to all the inbound marketing for a 1 time payment of $37. You can still conduct outbound marketing manually and once your leads start coming in, you can upgrade to the outbound automation package which is still fairly priced.
Positive: Full access to all the inbound marketing tools for one time payment. Excellent support with weekly zoom meetings.
Easy to use technology for all your inbound marketing.Negative: I have been using this platform daily for a few months and haven't had an issue.
