    Summary: PipelinePRO was the answer I didn't know I needed that came before I thought I was ready! It took all my concerns and gave me a solution I could see! It was important to me to be able to nourish and care for the people that come to my community and have the brain space and time to focus on my family. This is amazing!! I love all that it does and I'm continually amazed and astounded with the good things that keep coming -- without price increases!

    I love that you get the world of Tech with the sales/marketing/entrepreneur background of the owners and an amazing tech team that is well-trained and shows up on live calls multiple times a week to help all the subscribers!!

    I love that I have software that can do it all and a team there behind me if I ever need some help.

    I highly recommend it to all businesses and found myself telling people on a weekly basis.

    I became an affiliate and then a certified partner. Now I am trained with the owner and leaders in sales, and tech/support. The more I work with them, the more impressed I am.

    What you get for $37 is AMAZING!!!! It is so generous! You can get started where you are and add other features when you are ready, or integrate with other software if it's your preference.

    If all you used was the calendars... it would be worth it.
    If you only used the opportunities and imported clients 1 by 1... it would be worth it.

    (ex. Calendly for 1 user is a minimum of $8/mo x12=$60/yr )
    The investment in your business will be well worth it!

    So much to offer

    Summary: In full transparency I'm still in the building out stages for my business so I haven't fully implemented all of the systems yet. It's taking me a while because I'm not tech savvy and as a small business owner, I'm doing it all myself.

    I had a bumpy start with getting any of my support emails acknowledged, but once I did, I got great customer service which these days is hard to come by.

    I splurged for the monthly concierge because I need tech help as I go along and implement and learn everything I need and I'm super happy I did.

    I've had to ask questions almost daily and I've gotten quick responses.

    I can tell that once I'm up and running, PipelinePRO is going to be a great platform for me.

    Positive: Customer Service.
    Has many functions that I need for my business in 1 place.
    Lots of information in help sections.

    Negative: The tech is very hard if you're not tech savvy.
    Everything is pieced out and not very seamless.
    Without paying for the extra concierge services help is slow.

    Summary: Awesome!!
    This has been a game changer for my business. It all starts with the owners and their integrity. It trickles down to all of their team and into the details of what they offer in the software.
    There are so many features packed into this CRM.
    I am so grateful I found it.

    Positive: I always wondered how companies can send me automatic emails and stay in such good communication with me. I wanted my painting company to be able to do this. I looked at 40+ CRM's, and when I landed on PipelinePRO, I instantly could tell the difference.
    I had questions and I was able to talk to a real person. They are dedicated to making their customer experience the best.

    Since using the software, I have more free space in my brain, my customers are happier, and my sales are up.

    All-In-One Platform!

    Summary: Pipeline Pro has saved me money. I cxld Click Funnels, Calendly, Hootsuite just to name a few. I also cxld my web builder with GoDaddy! I can do everything I need in one single dashboard. I have automated my business saving me what would have cost one additional employee. Simple, easy to use, I believe it in so much I became a Certified Partner! Seriously, this is the real deal. And, Amher is a ROCKSTAR!

    Positive: Unlimited users, unlimited contacts, websites, funnels, blogs, forms, surveys, calendar platforms, and much more! So, much that I have not even used all of the tools on Pipeline Pro. Add on top of the many weapons in the pipeline pro arsenal, there are regularly scheduled training sessions each week-multiple sessions!

    Negative: Calendar integration with Google does not allow you to overlap appointments. Nonetheless, this is a consequent I have experienced on other calendar platforms and the trade off with pipeline pro is that I was able to cxl my Calendly account for Pipeline pro and save $150+ a year!

    Positive: I love this system. I would have not made the fortune I have if it was not for the automation this system allows. I can schedule text messages and emails to remind a potential client to get started right away. This system allows for consistent followup and I never forget a task. Between the app on my phone, computer and laptop. I never miss a call, text or email because it is all in one place.

    Negative: I wish I could chat live with someone to resolve any issues I have. However, I really have any issues and they will respond by email with 24 hours.

    Positive: I've been using PipelinePRO for a while now, and I must say I'm impressed with this CRM platform. It's a comprehensive tool that has everything I need to manage my leads, clients, and sales processes efficiently. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I particularly like how customizable it is. I can personalize my dashboard, create custom fields, and automate tasks and workflows to fit my business needs. The calendar feature is also fantastic, as I can easily schedule appointments, set reminders, and sync with my other calendars.     Summary: It's workability and it's pricing makes it a top product for me. It is great to have a product that is intuitive and thoughtfully created.

    Positive: It is everything all in one place. Email automations, social media, landing page, calendar and probably more I am not even using right now...the help and training is PHENOMENAL. The way it is laid out makes it easy to get the help you need without leaving the page. It is thorough. I have been able to get rid of 4 programs that is all now wrapped into one.

    Negative: The support when you need to talk to someone is not as good as everything else is.

    Taking My Brand Higher!!

    Summary: Okay, so I purchased PipelinePRO back in 2020 without fully understanding what it can do but also knowing that I needed it. It was one of my best moves! The main reason being my ability to consistently create websites, funnels & landing pages without having to host a bunch of different sites is a huge plus for me. I know what it is that I want to do as well as the amount that I need to create & without a doubt, having a platform that can handle that has been a game-changer! I’ve even perfected my design skills within these last couple of years which has put me in the place where I can actually create on the higher levels & be ahead of the game.

    I also want to give the BIGGEST BIGGEST Shoutout to David Belen!! He has been the best person that I’ve communicated with these last couple of years. When I have a problem, I can reach out to him & he takes care of not just me but also my Customers which makes it easier for me to help more businesses switch to the platform because they know that it’s not just me but that PLP has people like David that genuinely cares.     Summary: Overall, I wouldn't change back. Very happy with PipelinePRO. Where I was going crazy switching from platform to platform to manage my business, I have everything I need here.
