Summary: I am using Paytm since it was launched. I've seen many fascinating features that the company is adding still. Transaction speeds are very fast and can be done in milliseconds as well. I will recommend everyone to use Paytm as it is accepted by most of the people over here It has reached rural areas as well.

Positive: It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person.
It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation.
I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on.
I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions.
Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills.

Negative: They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before.
The cash back system needs more work I think.

Negative: The scratch cards and perks are more when a user creates the account with decreases with time and also the coupon codes useless as they cannot be redeemed without doing any extra shopping with their coupon partners.

Summary: Overall, Paytm is a great tool to do any type of payment quickly and securely. It is seamless to use and has simple user interface.

Negative: It is flawless, I haven't found a single con in my usage and in addition with that the customer support is quick in solving user's issues.

Negative: 1. The payment gets sometimes failed, and the money gets stuck and takes to time for the refund to gets initiated unless the user contact customer support.

Summary: Overall, Paytm is the simplest payment application which is more than just a payment application. It is available on all the platforms and is widely accepted.

Negative: - It limits the transactions and requires the user to register and do KYC, which should be optional at least for the wallet.

Summary: Great overall experience. Minor tweaks can always be made but it stands head and shoulders above the competition in terms of integration. Paytm payment solutions is fantastic to use too!

Negative: Some payment failures occur on using UPI to make/accept payments.

-Its wallet is quite fast for one-click payments, and you get cashback or coupons after every charge.

-You can also send back your unused wallet balance to your bank account for a 5% charge.

Negative: Sometimes you might face some delays in your transaction. Other than that, I haven't found any major con in Paytm. Even if there is a con, they fix it with regular software updates.

Summary: Overall it is very fast and has a clean design. It has all the features requires with wallet as well as UPI payments. You can do everything on this app and even buy and sell gold.

Positive: This is one of the apps that executed their strategy at the right time in the market. You can use this for almost all type of payments from school college fees to basic recharges it has everything. Also most of the payment gateways are using their services only. They also offer a bank account which is free of cost and has 0 maintenance fees.

Negative: There is no con in using this software but you cannot use it for international transactions.

Summary: I have been using Paytm for years. It is the most trusted payment service. I regularly use it for my online transactions without any fear. The transactions are safe and secure.

Positive: The interface is extremely user friendly. It has many features. You can book tickets and pay bills. You can get 100% cashback.

Negative: It sometimes crashes. Otherwise, there are no cons that I have found until now.

Summary: Altogether, the app includes all the basic utility payment and provides vast bill payment options even we can pay traffic challans. The app is very secure and mostly works fine.

Positive: I used it for the virtual wallet as it uses to give a lot of cashback. After that, I begin to use it as my bank because it has no maintenance amount and provided a free virtual debit card. Its user interface is amicable and provides regular updates. If you are a merchant, you can integrate it with Paytm Business to provide you with additional features.

Negative: It has good security and a lot of handy features, but sometimes in rush hours, I have to face bank downtime, which is very hectic in emergencies.

Summary: Overall a good service. You can do any payment quickly from your home: you can book a movie, train, flight, etc.

Positive: Its user interface is good. We can do any payment instantly and there is a lot of integration in Paytm.

Negative: Its customer service is poor. Paytm application size increases day by day.

Summary: Paying bills and recharging is so much easier now using Paytm and you may even receive cashback and other rewards on transactions. The entire process of transaction is very quick and secured. Paytm now also offers Payment banks and debit cards.

Positive: You can transfer money to someone's wallet or you can UPI them. You can recharge and pay your bills very easily. The application is very easy to use and it's very helpful.

Negative: I was not able to find any cons in the application.

Summary: Overall a great app with a great feature and offers on every payment. Ans also payment is accepted by many vendors and businesses very easily.

Positive: Fast and quick payments.

Payment gateways can be seen on many sites.
And also integrated with many other apps.

Negative: Currently I have found no cons in using this but the products sold on Paytm mall are not of that good quality.
