Summary: I would suggest everyone to use Amazon Pay, as it has so many features and offers. you get cashback too.The only thing I benefited from Amazon Pay is the cashback I earned in the past few years. I seriously like Amazon Pay than any other online payment application. The offers and rewards are extremely useful.

Positive: Fast and reliable payment service is provided by Amazon. It provide us a wallet as well as UPI service which is very common in India. Once KYC is done we can have up to 1 Lakh as Wallet money. It has helped us a lot in the pandemic period as most of the payments gone online and we were totally dependent on online payment methods such as UPI.

Negative: As I have been using Amazon pay for years now. Seeing offers and cashback, I receive using it; I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Amazon Pay. I will always trust and keep using Amazon Pay as one of the regular users.

Summary: A great captive rewards program that can be used to quickly checkout and keep your account loaded with enough balance. The auto-load option is a lifesaver as I do not get bogged down by OTPs and sluggish banking websites.

Positive: I am an Amazon power-user and use it to buy pretty much everything from groceries to electronics to furniture.

Negative: Nothing much to say here. The app sometimes fails to credit amounts on time but usually turns around in a day or two.

Summary: Overall a great product with capabilities to be successful in the market. With clean Ui and fast speed it is just awesome.

Positive: Amazon pay is a new payment method started by amazon. It is fast and reliable and gives you cashbacks and offers on payments. You can pay your bills do recharges and many more. It is accepted in some of the other side too. So it's growing.

Negative: The only con is that you cannot transfer your amazon pay balance to your bank account you have to use it in amazon or sites accepting amazon pay only.

Summary: Overall a good payment application. Amazon Pay money can be used anywhere

Positive: Good application you can use Amazon Pay to pay money in any online transaction. It is very convenient.
Its UI is also good.

Negative: I think they have to release a mobile application also for that.

Summary: Amazon Pay has its pros and cons as it is one click payments but at the cost of an extra step of adding money from your bank to the amazon pay balance to do it but overall it's still better and faster than using regular bank payments.

Positive: Amazon pay is very fast and has all the major services at one place like recharge, bills, etc.
Amazon gift cards are easy intensives.

Negative: Amazon Pay balance after redeeming any amazon gift card can't be redeemed or sent to bank or be used to buy gift card of another company.
The Amazon Pay upi feature doesn't work sometimes.

Summary: Overall, Amazon Pay is a payment method that has a wallet as well as it supports adding bank accounts through UPI.

Positive: 1. It can be directly used to buy any product from Amazon.
2. It can be integrated with UPI to make transaction directly from bank accounts.
3. Furthermore, it is accepted on all major websites and by vendors.
4. The user interface is well-ordered and organized.
5. It also allows to book tickets, pay bills and to do various recharges directly from the application.

Negative: 1. The Amazon pay balance is not transferrable to bank accounts or cannot be converted to UPI balance.
2. There are frequent transaction delays.

Negative: Can't seem to find a way to pay using Amazon credit.

Negative: - The Amazon Pay cash cannot be transferred to the bank account and only be used to make payments through the wallet.

Summary: Overall, Amazon Pay is a great payment method to shop from Amazon as it provides instant refunds on cancellations, moreover, there are other lots of benefits like rewards and payment flexibility.

Negative: -Not every shopping platform accepts amazon pay as a payment method, so you get restricted to use your balance on amazon.
-You cannot send your amazon pay balance back to your bank account.

Summary: Overall Amazon pay as a payment service is good and secure option but lacks the availability worldwide and is integrated for payment options with very limited retailers.

Positive: Amazon Pay is an evolving payment option in the world and has potential to replace many old conventional payment options with features of extra security and smart payments.

Negative: Not available as payment option for mostly major retailers in the world.

Summary: Altogether, if you have Amazon Pay balance and you want to use it for payments within the app, it is amazing for that. Moreover, it give cashback nearly on every transaction made. But you need to pay outside the amazon app it's going to be a bit hectic.

Positive: Amazon Pay provides a lot of payment option such as recharges, bill payments etc. The best thing about it is, it is integrated with the amazon app where we can buy stuff from amazon pay balance.

Negative: The worst thing about amazon pay is, not a lot of website accepts amazon pay as a payment method and we cannot transfer amazon pay balance to any other wallet or account. Hence, it limits where we can spend the amazon pay balance.
