Paxton Charities Accounting software packages comes in two versions: PRO and Standard. Both can be run online or on a computer. The Standard version provides comprehensive features for multi-fund accounting, donation bookings and Gift Aid claims, as well as transfer, purchase ledger, budgets, and Charity Commission SORP compliant reports. Both accruals, receipts and payments accounting methods can be supported. Reports can be generated for any fund, combination or all funds consolidated. The PRO version offers complete accounting capabilities. It includes all the features of the Standard version, plus billings, sales ledger and foreign currency processing. Only the accruals accounting method is supported by the PRO package. The PRO version supports funds reporting. It also includes budget and financial reporting for projects within a fund or across multiple funds.
