Summary: Outstanding usability, reliability, and customer care. I wish all our martech was this good. The price could be more competitive -- have had to fight hard for the budget sometimes. But it proves its value to the most belligerent bean counter if you're smart about how you use it.

The product is very easy to use, and asset governance is a breeze, since you can update a report in the content library and it automatically updates it in every track you used it in. The company's focus on customer satisfaction has saved the day in multiple situations at different companies where we have used PathFactory.
