    Summary: Outstanding usability, reliability, and customer care. I wish all our martech was this good. The price could be more competitive -- have had to fight hard for the budget sometimes. But it proves its value to the most belligerent bean counter if you're smart about how you use it.

    Positive: PathFactory provides extraordinary insight into user engagement with your content. By watching how people visit and revisit specific items in a track, what they share, and how long they spend reading and watching things, we get smarter and smarter about what kinds of content works best for different personas at different stages of the buyer's journey. The product is very easy to use, and asset governance is a breeze, since you can update a report in the content library and it automatically updates it in every track you used it in. The company's focus on customer satisfaction has saved the day in multiple situations at different companies where we have used PathFactory.

    Negative: Can't think of anything really. It did what we asked it to do, and then some.
