Park Graph Reviews

Park Graph Description

Park Graph offers an innovative solution for parking management and payment processing utilizing QR codes, designed specifically for owners and operators of various parking facilities such as surface lots, truck yards, events, churches, hotels, apartments, and private properties. Operators can easily establish flexible pricing structures that include hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rates, as well as vehicle-specific pricing for truck parking, and generate QR code signs for display. When drivers encounter these signs, they can conveniently scan the QR code with their smartphone camera, allowing them to complete payment through a web browser without the need for an app or any physical payment systems. The platform also accommodates options for monthly passes with automatic renewals, allows for session extensions via mobile, and provides text and email confirmations along with gate instructions post-payment. Furthermore, parking lot operators can manage vehicle capacity, and utilize an intuitive dashboard for monitoring sessions, revenue, refunds, and generating daily and weekly reports. The unique QR codes created by the system serve as an effective deterrent against counterfeit signage. Payments and payouts are securely handled through Stripe, while a REST API and MCP server facilitate compatibility with AI assistants that can assist users in finding and reserving parking spaces. This comprehensive approach not only enhances the parking experience for drivers but also streamlines operations for parking managers.
