Summary: It just works. That’s the main thing.
Booking is simple, managing cars is simple, staff picked it up right away without training. Mobile works fine, no complaints there.
Does what you need without slowing you down. Makes the operation tighter and cleaner without adding extra steps.Positive: The biggest standout is how intuitive the platform is. Compared to more legacy-style systems, PUR Valet feels like it was built for today’s operators, not retrofitted over time. The UI/UX is clean, fast, and requires almost no training. Sign-up and onboarding are immediate, and realistically, there isn’t much of a learning curve at all.
From an operational standpoint, it started delivering value right away. We saw immediate efficiency gains that translated into cost savings without needing to overhaul our workflows.
The AI functionality is a differentiator. Being able to automatically detect vehicle damage, along with year, make, model, and color during check-in, removes a lot of manual effort and reduces risk. That’s not just a “nice to have”, it materially improves accountability and speed at the front line.
Customer support has also been consistently strong. Responses are fast, and the team is highly engaged. When issues do come up, they’re handled quickly and with a level of attention that makes it feel like you’re their only client.
