An honest review after 4 years of using PHPKB Knowledge Base Software Date: May 27 2022
Summary: Over the past 7 years, I’ve used more knowledge base software than I would like to remember and I can say with confidence that it is the best knowledge base solution we have ever used. I am glad we made the correct decision to switch to PHPKB from another knowledge base builder tool. Since then, PHPKB is regularly used by our internal staff (agents) as well as external customers. It’s robust and full-featured, yet intuitive, fast, and easy to use. Oh, and their customer support team is world-class. We needed some custom features added to the KB and they have always gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations.
Positive: PHPKB is a very solid and reliable knowledge base management platform. Some important features are publishing workflow, document versioning with comparison and rollback, real-time dashboards, and knowledge base analytics to get clear visibility on what’s going on with the knowledge base.
Negative: There is nothing in particular that I would like to highlight as a negative point.
