Product fruits is a simple but loaded tool, created with user perspective and engineered to use in detail.
The tool provides end to end feature loaded user behaviours that behave very well on client applications.
The tool is easy on our application, does not reduce the page performance by a lot and integrates seamlessly with the client application, almost as if it were in-built and not an external tool layered on top of my application.

Negative: Not applicable currently.
The tool has proven to be practically perfect with no cons so far.

Positive: We use Product Fruits for onboarding. It has a range of features make the initial experience with our (rather complex) software as pleasant as possible to our prospects. It is very customisable.

Negative: It takes time to set up and you might want to ad css selectors to your product.

Summary: I am new to this game - and under a lot of pressure to get this right and fast. I reach out to Customer Support so many times per day, they actually know my ideas better than me. Sean and Rob are exceptional humans who have shown so much patience and understanding and helped me through it all.

Positive: Customer support.

Negative: Tricky to use if you are a first timer.
Development tool that could be a struggle for non-developer type mortals.

Summary: Very handy tool for improving product adoption and communication with customers. Our product support team is now able to train users on the use of our product by using simple and intuitive interface of Product Fruits.

Positive: Easy to use, ready for non technical users.
Extended time to implement the tool, no issues with extending trial to perform additional tests.

Negative: Limited options to customise knowledge base design.

Summary: Great experience, great price. Business users really like it and it helps especially with use cases that users don't do often, like budgeting etc.

Positive: Nobody is reading manuals - and PF is really helping us to navigate users in our heavy old non-intuitive ERP system through screens/processes.

Customer support is awesome as well! Fast responses, ready to help us started.

Negative: None really. Perhaps only the fact that not everything (segmentation) works 100% with our old iframes based system with extension setup.

Summary: Product Fruits addresses exactly our needs. He helps us with onboarding new clients to Tabidoo.cloud and explains the benefits of our product.

Negative: Sometimes I don't know where to set it. However, I always find it :-)

Summary: I definitely suggest this product to anyone who need to onboard / register more website / e-shop visitors and increase the sales.

Negative: Some advanced feature setup needs a bit of scripting, but still very simple.

Summary: I'd recommend using Product Fruits, we've been very happy with it so far, as I already said, great value for money.
