Summary: I’m sold based on how my day to day tasks have become easier, can’t go back now I recommend trying it out.
Positive: I’m sure much more organized and this ultimately saves me time with producing reports I wish I had tried it earlier.
Negative: I would be nice if there were more tutorials videos demonstrating how to navigate through the desktop version.

Summary: We implemented Photo ID into our existing CMS to drive productivity in the field when capturing photos. The solution has been a great success for our field operations, but it has also made it super easy for our admin team back in the office to view the pictures taken as everything is organized according to our inspection workflows.

Finally I’m organized Date: Dec 17 2022
Summary: This app cuts down of a lot of re-work and saves me a lot of time due to the organization I now have.
Positive: Call it scatter-brained or ADD that’s been a problem of mine since I can remember. That’s affected me a great deal with doing inspections, sometimes to the point of having to revisit a client after the fact due to a missed picture etc. I just love that this app guides me each step of the way during inspections if you’re like me you need this.
Negative: I’m not a pro yet still learning what all this can do.

Summary: This is the sole reason I took time out of my day to write a review. Their customer service is at the highest level. The owner and their team has went above and beyond to assist me when a problem has came up while using the app. I had made a promise to a big, new customer, that he would have my report on his desk (email) first thing in the morning. Something had went wrong with the app after a big update, I'm not sure if this was a local issue with just me or a global issue, but when I contacted customer support they spent the whole day working with me to make sure that the problem got resolved and that I could keep my promises to my customer. The owner himself has reached out to me to help solve problems and has spent two hours on the phone listening to my feedback and what features and changes that I would like to see. I don't really know but I'm sure I could find an app that was cheaper or might have more features but based on the customer service alone I wouldn't switch. The ability to get immediate help on solving problems and move on with my work load is where I find the biggest value. I'm very impressed by their commitment to making their product the best it can be.
Positive: I like the ability to customize the app to suit the needs of me and my team. I feel like the reports that are generated are clear and concise to provide my customers with the information they need.
Negative: I do not like how I have to manually upload the jobs onto the cloud to prevent running out of space. I would like to see some sort of auto back up to save me a ton of time. The current process takes way too much of my limited time.
