    It started great... Or so I thought

    Summary: I was with Spectora for over 2 years and spent over 8k with them. They recently banned me(without warning) from using their software because I was speaking up on their Facebook "user group" about issues that others and I were having. I have a sizable list of how they caused me issues or did not fully provide services that I paid for. I'm not telling you not to use Spectora, but please beware of their Terms and the fact they may spend more time putting blame on their users instead of making things right. Integrity is not important to this company.

    Positive: It was pretty. The reports we're cosmetically appealing.

    Negative: The random bugs and the fact that the owners intentionally would try to hide bugs reports by other users.
