    Summary: Very happy with the partnership. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend the product and Qoppa's services very highly.

    Positive: We ask Qoppa to create a unique automated workflow process. This service has been in place for years now, without a single issue. While we kept up with maintenance service, the only time that was needed was when I tried to modify the code. After a service request, which was promptly responded to, they identified the issue and provided instructions how to avoid the error.

    Negative: None. I cannot this of a single issue. The customized code, the software, all of it is great.
