Summary: Positive. I think the product is very good and I enjoyed using it for reports. I am not sure it was needed to record payments, donations and receipts.

Positive: That my comments about not wanting to renew contract were acted on immediately and much appreciated!

Negative: The renewal of the contract happened automatically and was charged against my credit card. I would have liked more notice so I could advise that I no longer needed the PDF service

Summary: Perfect alternative to Adobe Acrobat. Compress pdf, split, merge, add images, its a brilliant product.

Positive: Been using the product since 2017. Able to edit documents. Add images as signature. Merger documents and even split them.

Negative: Not found anything wrong about the product. It is perfect.

Summary: I use PDF Architect as supplemental support to my existing Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop subscription which does not offer the much beloved "whiteout" feature.

Positive: Easy to use; especially like the "whiteout" feature under the Comments section which allows any undesired areas to be erased.

Negative: Would prefer a stand-alone purchase option rather than an annual subscription which must be renewed annually. Even a 2- to 3-year subscription at a discount would be much appreciated.

Summary: I can use this product without getting stressed. The software is very well designed and the package can be supported on five computers for a one time price.

Positive: This product is very easy to use with excellent support if required. The software is very keenly priced.

Negative: Putting in the password can be a problem for first time use.

Summary: It is a very easy hands on tool, i recommend it to all user professional or non professional; the online support is very reactive.

Positive: First I was using pdf (standard) for a while and then iI decided to improve and update towards pdf-Architect ; also it was more affordable in comparison with Adobe.

Negative: Honestly I don't have any issues that keep me from choosing this product.

OCR has sometimes problem.

Summary: The support system via chat is excellent. As a matter of fact, since I was once informed that there is no support for Architect 7 PRO +OCR, I had almost decided to stop subscribing. Now, I will continue to renew so long as the support for Architect 7 PRO + OCR is made available.

Positive: I had purchased Architect 7 and after upgrading, I was asked to work on Architect 9 which was not comfortable for me. Today, one Mr. Andrew solved the issue online via chat.

Negative: The interface tools buttons and the customisation of the tools which were available in Architect 7 could not be found in Architect 9.

Summary: PDF Architect is a useful product and in addition the after sale service is good too. They care and respond quickly to my request.

Positive: Very useful tools to add quickly a signature in a document or complete required field in contract document for example instead of print and scan manually.

Negative: Unfortunately the basic version software is too limited.

Summary: Following a hard drive failure, it was impossible to reinstall my old pdf version on my new computer. With the help of the support, I was able to resubmit my application and find all the specifications, in particular that of being able to create a PDF file from a scanner.

Positive: The speed of the response to help me out. Received an email with all the explanations for the download, and for the installation and implementation of the product.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: I've used the product for years and it continues to be improved. I don't see any reason to switch to anything else.

Positive: I love that I can edit my soap labels and other pdfs easily. Don't know what else to say, I only use it for editing.

Negative: I'm not a huge fan of the licensing, it's confusing when you're upgrading, you have to upgrade and then connect the account. It works better now thankfully. Some of the features are a bit difficult for me, being graphically challenged, it's probably my fault.

Summary: PDF Architect Professional is my go-to solution for creating and editing PDF files. Very comprehensive functionality and workflow - the software does everything that I ever needed for the handling of my PDF files. Highly recommended.

Negative: No complaints. Thus far I have not come across any deficiencies.

Summary: I have been using the PDF Architect application for a few years. Mostly the free version, but now I need the paid services. Activation, support troubleshooting and using the app is a real experience.

Positive: I asked to change business name on the invoice. Problem solved. It took only a few minutes. The support was very helpful and quick.

Negative: When I activated the product and filled in the form I couldn't find a field for company name, only a surname and first name. So the invoice was made out in my name, not the company name.
Maybe it was my mistake.

Summary: The overall experience is excellent. I use this program frequently and am very pleased with the results.

When I had a problem, the support is excellent, friendly and professional. The chat feature was very convenient.

Negative: I had a problem using this program for a while. I guess something got corrupted and the performance was not acceptable. I guess that happens sometimes and is nor the fault of the program.
