    Summary: I use PDF Architect as supplemental support to my existing Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop subscription which does not offer the much beloved "whiteout" feature.

    Positive: Easy to use; especially like the "whiteout" feature under the Comments section which allows any undesired areas to be erased.

    Negative: Would prefer a stand-alone purchase option rather than an annual subscription which must be renewed annually. Even a 2- to 3-year subscription at a discount would be much appreciated.

    Summary: The support system via chat is excellent. As a matter of fact, since I was once informed that there is no support for Architect 7 PRO +OCR, I had almost decided to stop subscribing. Now, I will continue to renew so long as the support for Architect 7 PRO + OCR is made available.

    Positive: I had purchased Architect 7 and after upgrading, I was asked to work on Architect 9 which was not comfortable for me. Today, one Mr. Andrew solved the issue online via chat.

    Negative: The interface tools buttons and the customisation of the tools which were available in Architect 7 could not be found in Architect 9.

    Summary: Following a hard drive failure, it was impossible to reinstall my old pdf version on my new computer. With the help of the support, I was able to resubmit my application and find all the specifications, in particular that of being able to create a PDF file from a scanner.

    Summary: I've used the product for years and it continues to be improved. I don't see any reason to switch to anything else.

    Positive: I love that I can edit my soap labels and other pdfs easily. Don't know what else to say, I only use it for editing.

    Negative: I'm not a huge fan of the licensing, it's confusing when you're upgrading, you have to upgrade and then connect the account. It works better now thankfully.

    Invoice mistake and helpful support

    Summary: I have been using the PDF Architect application for a few years. Mostly the free version, but now I need the paid services. Activation, support troubleshooting and using the app is a real experience.

    Positive: I asked to change business name on the invoice. Problem solved. It took only a few minutes. The support was very helpful and quick.

    Negative: When I activated the product and filled in the form I couldn't find a field for company name, only a surname and first name. So the invoice was made out in my name, not the company name.

    Summary: I am a long time user of the solution. Unfortunately, I had an issue with a renewal. The support agent was able to offer me a solution that responds my needs.

    Positive: The right solution has been directly proposed by the support agent during our first contact. No need to have several contacts.
