PAWS Description
Overall, PAWS is a great program. I love the fact that I can have more control over pricing structures and automate them. I also love the record-keeping part. This is a big selling point for me. It's great that I can copy and paste lab work into the program, and that I can do all my medical records without having go through stacks upon stacks of paper records to file them. Although I have not used the reminder system yet, it is a great feature. Your customer service has impressed me tremendously in the first month. The phone call that we received to warn us about the new computer virus was a surprise to me. I get the impression that you guys care about more than just getting another client and forgetting about them.
