    As you upgrade it gets worse.

    Summary: Really needs some work. The classic version was at least very easy to use. This program is tedious and so slow it makes the receptionist seem inept. I am so hoping to re write this in a year with praises.

    Positive: Really nice people on the support line.
    5 minute appointment increments.
    Easy to make a client inactive.
    Easy to make a pet inactive.
    Easy to change inventory code.

    Negative: The new version is slow and crashes frequently. It has an abundance of system glitches and so far upgrades do not include fixes. Items like patient labels have vaccines month and date but no year. When searching for a female dog in the system all male dogs show on the search. The inventory re-order includes items already ordered in the purchase order even though you check of the box to not include. New system does not have a decent audit program. The classic version of the program audit was far superior. The support went from 24 7 (pay extra) to not available except Mon- Friday during the day. If your system crashes and you pay for there back up system they may not be available to back you up since they do not have 24/7 service.
