P5 Description

The P5 Platform's browser-based user interface ensures maximum user friendliness. The modules are all the same structure, which reduces the time it takes to get used to. The software opens with a step-by–step introduction that guides users through the creation and maintenance of data security plans. This allows the first run to be completed in minutes. The web interface makes P5 accessible from any device, at any time. P5 is platform-neutral in terms of the storage used, and so allows for e.g. Clone from one OS to the other or restoration of files on another platform (example: Files stored on Mac workstations are archived by the P5 Archive server running under Linux). Important file properties like access rights and extended attributes, remain unchanged.
