    Summary: It's a great tool for e-commerce businesses looking to grow their email list and/or improve their retargeting efforts.

    We found that we had to tighten up the filters and increase our list cleaning efforts in order to maintain our list health, but overall a great tool for growth

    Positive: - Easy setup and integration
    - Easy tool to scale email list
    - Added incremental revenue to our business with solid ROI

    Negative: - Requires more attention to clean email list
    - Counts duplicate contacts
    - Inflated revenue numbers

    Summary: Overall, it's been an easy experience. That said, we're very new to the platform as a whole. We're looking forward to see benefits going into BFCM.

    Positive: We liked that the team was quick to respond to any and all questions while also giving us space to internally review next steps.

    Negative: The only feedback I'd give to the team is more room for the company's perspective. We want to lean on their team for the expertise, of course, but we also know our customer base the best. Giving room for that and marrying it with their experience would be even better of an experience.
