    Summary: It's really positive so far; the team is flexible and responsive and wants to see you succeed. The platform’s analytics dashboard provides detailed insights into performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue driven from Opensend-specific emails. This level of data is vital for us to prove to our brands that the platform is worthwhile continuing to work with.

    Positive: Opensend has proven itself to be an effective platform for identifying traffic that otherwise would have been anonymous to us. What's also great about the tool is the levers we can pull to ensure we're only sending the highest quality anonymous traffic (ie users who visited multiple pages, been on site for 60+ seconds etc). This has allowed us to confidently target them with email automations and campaigns, knowing that they are very interested in the brand. With that, we are regularly seeing an ROI far higher than many other customer acquisition channels, and it's been a no-brainer to continue using it.

    Negative: Our biggest concern was whether it would affect email deliverability, but so far we've seen no dramatic effect on that at all. If anything, it's remained the same.
