Canditech empowers HR professionals and hiring managers to make fast, confident and objective hiring decisions. It's all-in-one testing platform evaluates both technical and soft skills through job simulation assessments that cover a variety of tasks, including coding, SQL, Excel, open text, email communication, and video. These tests are the best predictors of future job suitability and performance.
The platform's holistic approach allows recruiters and hiring managers the ability to objectively assess candidates for any position within the company (R&D and Data, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, Technical Support, Technical Support, etc.). You can also assess your technical skills (codes, SQL, Excel, etc.). Along with soft skills (using video questions and email communication), it gives candidates a fair chance of showcasing their talents, creating a great candidate experience.
The platform offers significant ROI from day one:
✅ Shorten time-to-hire by 50%
✅ Reduce unnecessary interviews by 80%
✅ Increase hiring diversity and eliminate bias

For developers, ARGOS Identity offers two APIs.
ARGOS ID Check (KYC/eKYC): launch the hosted Liveform from one URL in a browser or an iOS, Android or React Native WebView, or build your own capture UI on the Verify engine APIs. Your backend uses the REST API to fetch submissions, review pending cases, delete or partially delete data for GDPR and CCPA requests and download AML reports, and receives webhooks for created, submit, approved, rejected, updated, delete and AML result events. Each check reads the ID with OCR plus MRZ and PDF417 barcode checks, tests ID and selfie liveness, matches the face to the ID photo and screens the user against sanctions and PEP lists, with ongoing monitoring afterwards. Data is processed and stored in the region chosen for each project (US or South Korea), sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256 at rest, and payload encryption is optional. A migration API imports existing verification records.
ARGOS Omni (Review Ops Agent): authenticate with an x-api-key header, create a profile under a workflow, upload files, text or JSON as items (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, images, CSV, HTML, EML and more) and start an asynchronous analysis. The result follows the output schema you defined, with a verdict of verified, rejected or pending_review and the reasoning and source step for each extracted value, and every completed analysis can be downloaded as a PDF report.

Jev
Jev is TypeSafe AI’s first public System One Model, a class of AI designed to make fast, structured decisions that software can consume directly. Instead of generating arbitrary strings like a traditional large language model, Jev produces predefined type-safe values accompanied by calibrated probabilities and confidence estimates. Its architecture generates outputs in parallel rather than autoregressively producing one token at a time, allowing the model to prioritize speed and computational efficiency. TypeSafe trains Jev using Reinforcement Learning for Calibrated Decisions, an approach intended to optimize for accurate uncertainty estimates and consistent structured outputs. The model can be embedded into conventional software as an intelligent decision layer for classification, scoring, routing, extraction, branching, and other tasks where hand-written rules would be too rigid. Jev can also be used to judge, verify, guardrail, or detect problematic behavior in outputs from other AI systems. TypeSafe reports typical end-to-end response times between 70 and 500 milliseconds and positions the model for applications where low latency is important. The company also emphasizes schema guarantees, meaning Jev’s outputs are constrained to the structures defined by the application rather than requiring developers to parse and validate unrestricted generated text. Jev is aimed at developers and organizations building automation, real-time software, large-scale data workflows, and production systems that require dependable structured AI decisions.
