Three new templates have been added: Standard Project, Standard Project Styled, and Simple Project. Multiple baselines allow you to compare the progress of your project to your original plan. Highlight the most important tasks that will directly impact the completion date of the project. OmniPlan identifies scheduling violations and suggests solutions. The critical paths are the tasks that will keep your project on schedule and help you get to the finish line. This makes prioritization easy and data-driven. To get a handle on budget and value, OmniPlan's Earned Value Analysis formulas can be used to set a baseline and track progress.
