OGRE Description
OGRE has been a popular open-source graphics rendering engine since 2001. It has been used in a wide range of production projects in areas such as games, simulations, educational software and interactive art. OGRE is compatible with Windows (all major versions), Linux OSX, Android, iOS and Javascript (via EMScripten), Windows Phone, (Sponsored By Microsoft) and WinRT. OGRE has been ported to the PS3 and Xbox360 for several games. Ogre is available under the MIT License. This is a permissive open-source license. Only one condition: You must distribute the license text in our distribution with any software using OGRE. Our series of tutorials will help you learn OGRE.
