Summary: it is good as a great alternative to the other platform that I was using for years. Support is quick to fix a problem. I didn't even submit a ticket. I just simply replied to an email about how my experience was. It was having many duplicate invoices and even when an invoice was changed within the system, it was producing those. Nickel got it fixed the very next day.

Positive: It is able to sync to the accounting platforms and easy to setup to. The customer support helped quickly resolve a minor problem.

Negative: I wish it can show me a total of the amount and the number of transactions for the invoices that weren't paid when I select them all.
I wish the transfers of funds were quicker. It isn't as fast as Melio. Maybe over time it might.
