Netchex Reviews

Summary: I have been a user for more than a decade, through several companies and after trying several other platforms. Netchex is the only one I keep going back to and it is always my bar for comparison. No other software comes close to the comprehensive offering for the price point, and all the modules you can add specific to your industry's needs, while keeping best-in-class customer service.

Positive: My favorite thing about Netchex is the willingness of everyone to help make your company's processes easier. Most software wants you to conform to its particular platform, but Netchex is always transforming to make new products, streamline functions, and ease the user experience.

Negative: Some of the canned reports only have select output options instead of it being uniform across the platform.

Summary: My overall experience with Netchex has been wonderful I have zero complaints. The setup was very easy and it is very easy to use for everyone.

Positive: I Love Netchex it has made payroll so much easier for me! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The setup was very easy and everyday use is very easy for everyone.

Negative: I like everything I have zero complaints. Great system.

Summary: Excellent product for any size organization! Does what it advertises. Quickly modernizes HR & payroll tasks.

Positive: This is a great HRIS system. It's intuitive and easy to navigate for both administrators and employees.

Negative: The implementation process is easy if you've done it before. There may be some bumps along the way if this is a first-time implementation.

Summary: Awhile back we left Netchex for another company due to management change, it was a huge mistake! Companies make lots of promises and not all of them ring true in application, Netchex does and is the company for us!!

Positive: The ease and simplicity of the product, it moves smoothly from time management to payroll, has great reports and I can easily navigate from one company to the other. Our employees use the mobile app and are all completely pleased with it.

Negative: I have no complaints with Netchex, I may experience a couple hiccups but customer service is right there when needed.

Summary: This software has made our HR system much simpler. Duties for maintaining information can now be passed on to managers and the employee. Review and execution of payroll is a breeze. Employees always have past information at their fingertips.

Positive: Integrated, awesome software for all your hr and payroll needs. Just added the schedule capabilities to swap shifts making it perfect for restaurant work.

Negative: You can pick and choose the features you need. Don't like one part, opt out. So for us any con switches to a pro - we opt out.

Summary: I would say the start up was confusing at first but after a while you get use to the program set up.

Positive: Its easy to use, support is always there to help with any questions. I like how I can view each employee separate from each other.

Negative: There are to many step just to process payroll. Set up was confusing.

Summary: You will get excellent and easy support from day one to years later for an affordable price that fits even a small business budget.

Positive: I feel that you get a lot of features for an affordable price compared to products that are similar. They are always adding new features that simplify the task that is needed for a business using it.

Negative: Its design isn't visually up to date and appears older than it is. It would be nice if it sent training to a user on each access that they are given as it is time-consuming to teach each employee how to use the product.

Summary: Overall, I find Netchex easy to use once you learn the software. Their team is willing to help answer any questions you have as well.

Positive: It is easy to use to complete payroll each week. I am able to complete payroll within a matter of minutes due to being able to upload a report instead of manually entering all hours.

Negative: I wish that there was more training instead of just videos and no email help line. Only phone is available.

Summary: Overall I think it is a great platform with ease of use for anyone. Whether your company is a small business to a large corporation this is something that anyone should and could use and see the benefits from.

Positive: Great Customer Service, always willing to answer any questions and concerns. Great training features for new learners or those that just need a refresher. Love the you can do essentially everything from one platform from task assignments, to payroll to performance reviews.

Negative: Dislike that when the Netchex system is down there isn't an alert of something that goes out so you don't know if it is on your end or a system wide error. Wish there would be an email push for new updates that are out there for learnings/new features that are available.

Summary: The pros outweigh cons relating to the service. I particularly am impressed with available training.

Positive: I have had very few (and simple) issues, but the customer support is awesome. They promptly address any problems.

Negative: One issue keeps recurring, but the support team is excellent on follow up and committed to a satisfactory resolution.

Summary: Netchex offers an overall great product with excellent support. The customer service is outstanding!

Positive: Communication and customer service is their best feature. Their constant need for improving their product is encouraging. The ability to beta test products is exciting!

Negative: Benefits program and integration software is subpar. World events pushed an upgrade even farther back; however, these features is in desperate need of a facelift.

Summary: MUCH better than other "small" HRIS systems. It is so easy to use that my managers grasp it quickly and use it daily. The reporting publisher makes it easy to gather just about any information you need, in the format that you want.

Positive: Netchex is an easy to navigate HRIS, that allows access for HR and managers alike to have the information needed at the fingertips! Customer service is easy to access and communicate with. They are very forthcoming in regards to new products.

Negative: When asking for items needed (IE: reports, data fields, etc.) sometimes if it is not THEIR priority, they seem to fluff around and be slow to produce what the customer needs timely.
