Using the Navigate command in ServiceNow you take directly to the rack in NetZoom where you can visually see the rack configuration and review the available Capacity for contiguous rack space, power, and copper and fiber ports. Analyze the power and health status of the device’s components like battery, fan and power supply enabling proactive maintenance. NetZoom DCIM allows you to see all levels of the data center site, building, room, locations, and rows all the way to the racks in 2D or 3D with full detail.
