In this sense, it is possible to create comparative tables of resources over time, which helps to define better financial plans. We recommend working with NetSuite. The software has everything you need to bring any type of product to a market in a protocol and efficient way, and it also has functions to manage in an intelligent and detailed way the inventories and sales that are made. It is also recommended to use it to keep the total administrative costs of sites such as warehouses to a minimum.

Negative: NetSuite does not have such visual analysis, as it only has a few types of graphs to work with. The platform does not have powerful business intelligence tools that make it easy to combine data into reports to create comparisons.

Summary: In almost every category, NetSuite soars above its competitors and sets a higher standard for others to follow. The software is user - friendly and migration is spectacular. I absolutely love working with the software and learn something new about its features each time I login.

Positive: NetSuite has amazing migration software to merge multiple applications together into its software. It offers amazing customer-specific interface and customizations. It has real-time analytics so you are immediately aware of what's working and what isn't. It supports multiple currencies and languages for those who have a diverse clients and/or employees. The pricing options are tiered so you only pay for what you need.

Negative: The pricing plan isn't fixed so it will increase over time. NetSuite only offer Basic Support Services free of charge, and with such a complex system, chances are Premium Support will be necessary at some point. Due to its presence in the cloud, certain companies cannot use the service at all.

Summary: Overall, Netsuite gives your organization a boost with its functionality and useful tools, you might find the UI a bit outdated, but it gets the job done.

Positive: -It has a very simple and easy to use architecture and can be used by anyone with little to no knowledge of the CRM.
-It is an extremely customizable tool, so you can customize it according to your use and make the best out of it.
-You can basically do anything related to accounting with the platform.

Negative: -It is a bit outdated according to today's times but gets the job done, so this is not a big issue for our organization. Other than it is quite a useful tool for ERP.

Summary: Overall, It is straightforward to use. You get a mature product that is full of functionality and is very easy to maintain.

Positive: -The feature of NetSuite is the ability to obtain data from different parts into one place.

Negative: -It lags a lot if you throw a lot of data at it.

Positive: NetSuite is a multipurpose software, that supports CRM, ERP, and other enterprise management solutions. Also, NetSuite has stability, and ensures there is security in every activity or operation.

Negative: NetSuite calls for users to dig deeper in their pockets, and this acts as a major problem or concern.

Summary: Overall experience is average. This application is good for small organisation but not idea for large organisations.

Positive: Some pros are as follows:

- Easy to feed data or replacing the older data to the new one.

Negative: Some cons are as follows:
- It is publicly hosted so there is some privacy issues.
- Price increasing continuously.
- Although it provide great support but not 24/7.

Summary: Overall NetSuite is a great suite with management tools for every department and domains of the organization.

Positive: NetSuite is a very powerful suite and it can be easily customized and run straightaway with the existing setup of the organization. Works great for inventory and asset management for us.

Negative: Suite comes with so many tools and management processes that its customization gets difficult at times.

Summary: I would recommend this software to anyone. We switched from using Microsoft Dynamics GP, and this is a significant step up.

Positive: The reporting features related to NetSuite are robust. This software is very user friendly and is easy to pick up and use.

Negative: The only downside is the time and energy to customize the set up. Very laborious and time consuming.

Summary: The data that can be pulled from and customized in NetSuite is nearly limitless. Used by every department in our company in different ways.

Positive: Robust and very customizable. Great tool for communicating to customers to allow visibility across the company.

Negative: Because it is so robust and customizable it can be a deep hole that you can get lost in if you don't know exactly how to extract the information you need.

Summary: It has a lot of features, but that involves a lot of learning and getting used to the product before you can completely start realising its benefits.

Positive: Creating customisable reports is a great value add.
You can easily manage all your work artefacts in your dashboard.
An all right tool to manage your organisational productivity.

Negative: Okay, creating reports actually feels like a game. Not in a good way, because it feels like you have to go through a million levels. Another thing is that you cant save it until you complete the report, so you know now how it feels.
The keyword searches can be a little more intuitive. Meaning that it feels too mechanical, a touch of personality to it would be great.

Summary: Overall, I'm impressed by the capabilities and features of NetSuite, and I can certainly appreciate their goals and mission. However, for the vast majority of small business owners, there are probably better, simpler routes out there to explore first. Just do your research ahead of time.

Positive: The features and capabilities of NetSuite are unmatched. For a larger company who needs transparency and places high importance on things such as inventory, invoicing and reporting, etc. Bear in mind, however, that upkeep is a full time job in itself.

Negative: I'm only speaking from my experience here, as a smaller business, but it goes without saying , I soon learned, that NetSuite is not for small business. It's extremely time-consuming and cumbersome to learn in addition to maintaining the daily operations of a business. Also, the CRM features don't seem to flow as seamlessly as I've seen in much more affordable, simpler programs.

Summary: Overall a reasonable product with good functionality. A step-up from run of the mill ERPs and accounting softwares.

Positive: I used the financial accounting modules for booking entries and reviewing trial balances and draft financials. Overall an easy to understand setup and easy to assign roles for yourself or other team members.

Negative: UI looks super dated. Anachronistic almost. Feature set is also being beaten by newer players like Zoho and Quickbooks.

Summary: We still use NetSuite for our backend financials like invoicing but moved to HubSpot for external deal quoting and forecasting.

Positive: - Great for managing invoicing and financials for a global company
- Powerful reporting for CFO and BA's

Negative: - UI leaves something to be desired for those not living in Excel.
- Training and onboarding was necessary for any user.
- CRM got messy if you don't have the right parameters in place to begin with.
