Negative: -Pricing could be more competitive and aggressive as it is steep.

Summary: Overall it has been a great source for streamlining and integrating all departments of organization in great manner and management and decision making has become so effective and efficient.

Positive: NetSuite is a suite for professionals with many advanced and composite management tools and integrates all departments of an organization effectively.

Negative: NetSuite has almost everything it for easy management and there is no issues found so far.

Summary: Overall I am very satisfied with NetSuite and its tools and feel that it has a handful of management add-ons for everyone.

Negative: NetSuite is good for professional and advanced level users but a bit complicated for basic users.

Positive: NetSuite is very handy suite for every professional as it contains every single management and professional tool within it. The HR management tool in this suite is the best I have ever used.

Negative: NetSuite is easy to figure out but in case of any issue, we don't find much community support.

Summary: If you need a lot of features beyond basic GL software like Quickbooks, this is the way to go. I would implement sooner rather than later because the more complicated your GL gets, the harder it'll be to transition to this

Positive: The industry leader for a reason. Can slice and dice data in all sorts of ways. Can stand alone for variance analysis if only looking at 1 budget

Negative: If versioning on budgets or plans you'll need additional software. Interface is not intuitive at all. The look and feel is very outdated and clunky. Takes a while to master

Positive: I like NetSuite's ability to provide a complete view of the supply chain. As a user, I can track inventory levels, orders, shipments, and deliveries across multiple locations and channels. This has allowed me to optimize demand planning and production scheduling, which in turn has reduced costs and improved customer satisfaction.

I have also found the integrated financial planning and reporting tools very useful. Also, it requires specialized skills and knowledge to be able to use it effectively and customize it to my needs, which can add to the cost.

Also, another thing I can't get over is that NetSuite can be slow or unreliable at times. The system can lag or hang when processing large amounts of data or running complex reports. You may also experience downtime or errors due to maintenance or updates. This can significantly affect my productivity and performance, especially when I need to access critical information or data.

Positive: This program really helps our team get more done. It is more efficient than its competitor software. They also offers a tiered and modular pricing model for companies of all sizes which helps us as a smaller business.

Negative: There is not much that is a problem or Con to me aside from the price tag... but it is worth it if you get the benefit to produce the revenue.

Summary: Ultimately the limitations don’t overtake the benefits experienced through this software. I would highly recommend for all.

Positive: The nonprofit edition of NetSuite comes at no cost, allowing charities like PCE to utilize NetSuite at no cost!

Negative: Some of the features missing, such as access to integrations provides limitations.

Summary: NetSuite was brought to our attention when one of our clients advised they would be using it as a way to separate all their clients and ensure that payments for invoices to suppliers would be easy and accurate.
However after we decided to give it a try and see if we could benefit from it we quickly learned that even though there was a possibility there to make our life simpler, at this current stage it just wasn't something we needed.

Positive: Great product that can make horrendous tasks a lot simpler, although we aren't a large company we did see a few benefits of using it when we were working with one of our biggest contracts.
I would suggest small businesses, unless you have a very dedicated team who are willing to deal with the nitty gritty, stay away until you are at full capacity and able to take on all the amazing features it provides.

Negative: If you're part of a small company, this can quickly become a daunting task to keep up to date, especially if you are transferring over from another system, it can become easy to be back logged with work.

Summary: Overall, NetSuite is one of the best in the field, being cloud based, I am able to access it from anywhere, it is one of the easier ERPs I have used in the past. NetSuite is remarkable because of its ease of management and flexibility-- it's so easy for me to customize this platform that there isn't any scenario where it can't be used!

Positive: There is a wide range of functionality and configurability. Can handle processes from inventory and part management, production, customer records, sales, billing, and shipping all in one system.
It has the ability to customize the system.
One of the best things is that NetSuite has the ability to either bundle your ow sandbox items or utilize either managed or other bundles shared to the sites.

Negative: It is hard to manage all the customizations.
Page loads speeds make it a little slower to use than a system hosted in-house would be.

Summary: Having a solid foundation and organizational structure in advance can prevent you from getting into big troubles on the road. NetSuite provides an easy-to-use interactive dashboard for monitoring business performance. You can easily access it through their website. In short, I would recommend this platform to 100% of people who have no doubts.

Positive: NetSuite is the best business manager. Its benefits are countless. It is suitable for both small and large companies. A wide range of cloud storage applications help you not only to manage financial issues, but also unique business management, especially human resources, which is already a big topic of what can help us. The platform system is very intuitive, you can easily understand it and its processing speed and security, what are you waiting for, it is usually very difficult to actually complete it on a platform similar to NetSuite's services. In addition, the creation of the script takes only a few minutes because of how intuitive the system is.

Negative: When we left Quickbooks to use another product, I regained the features I missed. I have the ability to edit a transaction with simple errors without having to abort the transaction and enter a new transaction , Thereby blocking our data. NetSuite has the features: handling multiple entities, recurring transactions, advanced reporting capabilities, and integration with our trading software.

Summary: Never really had any major issues and when something came up it was resolved swiftly. Happy to be a user!

Positive: I like their employees and representatives at Oracle. Their product is great and can do so much, I recommend it!

Negative: Can be a bit complex from time to time. Sometimes can take its time to start up.

Positive: Very thorough, tons of options and fields, limitless possibilities to customize for all of our customers.

Negative: Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming with how expansive it can get. But it's not that much of a con.

Summary: At an operational level this CRM is the best in the market. In spite of having a lot of competition, it has always been at the highest level, maintaining an ease of use high enough for each department to easily and reliably manage each record and each report, keeping up to date the income and the guarantee of each product generated. We were able to set up warranty replacements through NetSuite customer support, which has been very useful when completing each project with each customer. we were able to directly access the inventory without the need to manually review it, which takes more time than we should have had with the customer.

Positive: We have the ability to reconcile inventories through an easy and advanced configuration to manage. At the same time its ease of navigation allows us to help our people and our customers through a friendly interface to carry out each project that we register. All orders have been based on the revenue recorded daily. We can also assign to each one the corresponding guarantee so that they feel secure when returning their order.

Negative: We need an API and easier to configure, this has led us sometimes to lose time when configuring and reviewing the tickets that are leaving us in our requests tray. It is also very tedious to be asking for help to developers every time we want to add a function based on each new report we have.
