Summary: In the healthcare industry, we needed a secure e-mail option to communicate with our clients and with partners at the state level. After researching a few different products we selected NeoCertified and glad we did. Their product, support, and pricing are top-of-the-line. We are very glad we chose their company and highly recommend them to others in our industry.

Positive: Pricing.
Support.
Integration with Outlook.
Quickly send encrypted e-mails.
HIPPA Compliance.
Multiple employee options.

Negative: Some initial issues getting the product to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, but, support helped us through, and working great now.

Summary: NeoCertified meets our needs as an organization at a very reasonable price, and allows us to be flexible with the number of accounts used.

Positive: Responsive staff and support.
Simple interface that users don't need to be trained on.
Inexpensive subscription.

Negative: Managing/adding accounts must be done through contacting NeoCertified.

Summary: Tremendous and great quality and responsiveness!

Positive: NeoCertified does a great job, and customer service that I may have called twice in 20 years is fantastic and responsive.

I have sent them at least 10 customers over the years.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a secure email service, these folks are great and at a fair price.

Negative: No cons....they rock! I don't know what else to say other than I would hire them 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!

Summary: We would recommend this service to anyone that needs to send documents securely. It has made sending documents so much easier for our office.

Positive: NeoCertified has been our secure email for years. We have loved how easy it is to use and how easy it is for others to use when we send them secure documents.

Negative: We had an issue with one of our email addresses not saving in the address book. We emailed NeoCertified and it was fixed immediately.

Summary: I am required to use secure email with protected information and this product makes it simple for me to use.

Positive: Once it is set up there is nothing to do but click the button for secure emails. My clients have no trouble accessing the secure emails. And the service team is excellent.

Negative: The only con I have is one vendor cannot access it.

Summary: Overall, I'm happy with the product and the ability to send emails securely. I haven't had to shop around for this type of product because I've been satisfied after years of using it.

Positive: Has a reasonable per user cost, it's easy to use, and it integrates with Microsoft outlook very nicely.

Negative: My secure emails are often received in the recipient's junk or spam folder.
My recipients either have to reply to an old email to send me current documents months later or they have to request that I send a new email at the current time.

Summary: Overall we've used this for years and have had much success. 99% of the time it works as it should and is easy to use. If you run into issues, however, you may find a lack of ownership or brushing off. Thankfully it's rare that you have to ask for assistance because it's a pretty reliable product.

Positive: Setup can be easy, users create account easily, sends larger files. Simple design, not hard to follow. Most users like it.

Negative: Customer service can be unfriendly and unresponsive.

Summary: Works great. Is secure, works well for most of our people, and is quite convenient. Most people appreciate the virtual option for our services and it would not be possible without NeoCertified.

Positive: During the pandemic, NeoCertified worked well for offering our services virtually. Our program participants could turn in their personal documents to join without worrying about bad actors accessing their information. When you're talking birth certificates, social security cards, etc. - you want to be certain it's safe. We continue to use this service to this day.

Negative: The initial email often goes to the spam folder or gets flagged and people incorrectly assume it is not safe. Not sure how that can be corrected, but it did cause an inconvenience for some of our people.

Summary: NeoCertified has been a valuable solution for my clients who are in the Healthcare Field. It meets all of the requirements for providing evidence of protecting patient privacy and health information when exchanging between interested parties.

Positive: This is a Affordable, User Friendly and Highly Secure solution for exchanging email that contains sensitive and protected information.

Negative: Some recipients of the email that were not NeoCertified users sometime struggled with retrieving the messages.

Summary: Overall not bed for that price, if you are using monthly I would recommend but not for daily users.

Positive: It is secure and notify you when email opened. Send you a notification when email is still unopened.

Negative: Hard to format the text, most of my email that were sent out not received or in spam mail, some customer having hard time to open the email.
