Summary: Highly recommended school management system that works as a records management for single point of reference.

Positive: Teachers can easily adapt on the system as everything is intuitive to use. As for the admin side, customization is very easy and can be done by someone without any programming experience.

This is like a records management for school as well as everything can be stored like transcript of records, report cards, student and employee information.

Negative: This system is already flawless for me and I highly recommend this to schools and universities.

Summary: MySchool has a huge potential and cost effective for small to medium institutions. Support is great as well.

Positive: The system is very straightforward in terms of usability and integration with other systems like email.

What I like the most is the student information search feature as I can search and find the needed information with an ease.

User interface is good, the system is well laid out.

Negative: This is a promising system and I currently don't find any negative issues for this thus I am leaving no negative feedback on this.

Summary: Management of modules and information are not that hard especially for people that are first time using the system.

Positive: People with little to no experience can easily use the system. Learning modules are easy to customize per user reference. Searching for information already present in the system is easy to do so.

Negative: A lot of things to do that might be overwhelming to some but can easily be done because of complete documentation by MySchool SIS.

Summary: I've only used the free trial to look for management software for my brother to test with as he is in computer programming.

Me as a system admin and network security professional, setup was very easy and new users will be able to easily use this product. Documentation are on point and will not waste your time.

Positive: - Documentation is complete
- Module type approach on the system
- Report generation per course
- User friendly interface

Negative: - Unable to customize the reports
- 3rd party integration like Microsoft Teams

Summary: MySchool has grown substantially over the last three years and has consistently provided excellent options to provide management of all school data. While it was overwhelming to use at first, the design of MySchool allows easy management and has consistently allowed more and more flexibility and customizable options. I would highly recommend MySchool to other schools.

Positive: -Excellent, prompt and extremely helpful support team. Always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to problems.
-MySchool grows with your schools' needs from registration, attendance, government documents, assignments, grading, reports, scheduling, room management, locker management, and so much more! We started with a few areas and keep utilizing more areas each year to centralize all our data.
-Most areas are customizable to preferences and needs of the school. Customizable grade reports allow us to develop our own report cards.
-Ability to manage different levels of schools with different attendance, assignments, scheduling and grade report options.
-Place to share ideas for future ideas and modifications on existing pages through AHA portal.
-Ability to customize security levels within your school and determine who can access what pages and information.

Negative: MySchool has so many options that it can be overwhelming to get started but their support team has been an excellent support and it has been so worth the changeover!

Summary: Thus far my experience has been seamless and I've been able to manage the system with ease. However, I would like to know if advancements would be made to teacher progress reports so that all progress reports for subjects can be included on one file rather than separate files.

Positive: The ease of the system and how the responsiveness of the support team when technical support is needed.

Negative: Currently I don't have any cons as the program has met my needs thus far.

Summary: System is flawless and can be improved by putting more effort on the reporting side. Schools like us focuses more on reporting so better to improve it.

Positive: Record keeping and information management of everyone in the school.

Integration with cloud based apps like Microsoft and can be deployed via EC2 in AWS.

Negative: Record extraction is somewhat difficult especially when pulling thousands of records. Was suggested to only pull part by part to avoid the issue.

Summary: Myschool Sis has proved to be one of the best tool for to make our life easier when it comes to my institution data management. We use it as a main software to keep our database up to date. It comes with many features which proved to be very important in our institution management. Like separate report generation for every course, advanced search tool for students in every course, easy customisations and more.

Positive: Myschool Sis is such a unique tool which we needed for our institution from very early time. The best part of the tool is that it comes with a very nice user interface and minimal knowledge requirements to use the tool. The advanced search option in the software helps us to find the details of a student as per our requirements at any point of time. It's integration with with other email tools is quite easy. We can generate reports uniquely on every course.

Negative: There's nothing much to dislike about the product as it has been great so far for us. Integration with some 3rd party software is not supported for some very important tool as we tried to integrate it with Microsoft teams, but we were unable to do it.

Summary: My School is a powerful tool to do business almost all data information needed to keeps smooth and safe sailing with the organisation ..it is very simple and easy to use hence integration is made very easy with this tool ...would definitely recommend MySchool to other industries.

Positive: Overall it is very helpful for every company and it is loaded with great features to hat bridge the gap between administrative and teacher this is the best part..it is good to assign the assignment s and grade keeping.

Negative: I think my school app can improve on the most part customisation and stability ..would help if the tool will more flexible in allowing user to create and customize reports for different kinds ..other than and its can improve in update terms of interface so that it can be helpful.

Summary: This software is great for people without experience in IT but want to implement a school records management system.

Positive: This was recommended by a colleague to have a dry run to see if it will be beneficial in our school. So far I am able to manage my school records without any advance programming and setup.

What I like best is the ability to customize what I see and it will not affect the other personnel.

Negative: As someone who is not that techy I cannot find the nitty gritty of the system but maybe it's because I don't research much.

Summary: Our school has really loved using MySchool and was the first one to onboard in BC (I think). They have been really good at taking input and improving their system over the years.

Positive: The developers of MySchool have been very good at listening to what their users have to say and implementing new features as needed or requested. For example, our entire methods of assessment have changed here in British Columbia over the past couple of years and MySchool has had to implement some major changes. MySchool is also able to handle many different aspects of school administration from teacher needs like grades, report cards and attendance, to discipline tracking, accounting, alumni database, etc.

Negative: There are a few things that sometimes take a few clicks more to do than I think they should but that's pretty minor.

Summary: We have been using MySchool since 2017. We are a hybrid academy, meaning parents are responsible for schooling at home and need all assignments and instructions in one place. We utilize the Files feature as a central place for parents and students to locate key documents relating to schedules and scope and sequence for courses.

Positive: We love the personal and fast response to support issues. MySchool staff are helpful with answers and willing to set up video chats to work through more challenging issues. They are proactive at alerting schools to busier times when more issues may arise. We also appreciate the clear access to assignments for both parents and students, the ability to generate spreadsheets for various criteria, the ability to communicate with specific groups within the system, and being able to loop back and generate reports for previous years' assignments.

Negative: Though MySchool is responsive to suggestions, there are a couple of things we wish could change: that parents would be able to upload assignments for younger students who don't have their own email and therefore their own login, and from tutors, that there would be fewer screens to work through when inputting assignments.

Summary: Having used this system over the last 10 years has overall been good. Our School continues to grow and the My School Program grows with it.

Positive: We have used the My School for our K-12 Canadian school about 10 years now. Although at times we have had some glitches the My School team has always been there to assist and help us through and set up our system to perform satisfactorily. They are a great team!

Negative: The time lapse between our time zone and Malta (they are 4 hours ahead) when we do have an urgent situation is sometimes hard to manoeuvre around. We have learned to plan ahead.
