Summary: System is flawless and can be improved by putting more effort on the reporting side. Schools like us focuses more on reporting so better to improve it.

Positive: Record keeping and information management of everyone in the school.

Integration with cloud based apps like Microsoft and can be deployed via EC2 in AWS.

Negative: Record extraction is somewhat difficult especially when pulling thousands of records. Was suggested to only pull part by part to avoid the issue.

Summary: Myschool Sis has proved to be one of the best tool for to make our life easier when it comes to my institution data management. We use it as a main software to keep our database up to date. It comes with many features which proved to be very important in our institution management. Like separate report generation for every course, advanced search tool for students in every course, easy customisations and more.

Positive: Myschool Sis is such a unique tool which we needed for our institution from very early time. The best part of the tool is that it comes with a very nice user interface and minimal knowledge requirements to use the tool. The advanced search option in the software helps us to find the details of a student as per our requirements at any point of time. It's integration with with other email tools is quite easy. We can generate reports uniquely on every course.

Negative: There's nothing much to dislike about the product as it has been great so far for us. Integration with some 3rd party software is not supported for some very important tool as we tried to integrate it with Microsoft teams, but we were unable to do it.

Summary: My School is a powerful tool to do business almost all data information needed to keeps smooth and safe sailing with the organisation ..it is very simple and easy to use hence integration is made very easy with this tool ...would definitely recommend MySchool to other industries.

Positive: Overall it is very helpful for every company and it is loaded with great features to hat bridge the gap between administrative and teacher this is the best part..it is good to assign the assignment s and grade keeping.

Negative: I think my school app can improve on the most part customisation and stability ..would help if the tool will more flexible in allowing user to create and customize reports for different kinds ..other than and its can improve in update terms of interface so that it can be helpful.

Summary: This software is great for people without experience in IT but want to implement a school records management system.

Positive: This was recommended by a colleague to have a dry run to see if it will be beneficial in our school. So far I am able to manage my school records without any advance programming and setup.

What I like best is the ability to customize what I see and it will not affect the other personnel.

Negative: As someone who is not that techy I cannot find the nitty gritty of the system but maybe it's because I don't research much.

Summary: Our school has really loved using MySchool and was the first one to onboard in BC (I think). They have been really good at taking input and improving their system over the years.

Positive: The developers of MySchool have been very good at listening to what their users have to say and implementing new features as needed or requested. For example, our entire methods of assessment have changed here in British Columbia over the past couple of years and MySchool has had to implement some major changes. MySchool is also able to handle many different aspects of school administration from teacher needs like grades, report cards and attendance, to discipline tracking, accounting, alumni database, etc.

Negative: There are a few things that sometimes take a few clicks more to do than I think they should but that's pretty minor.

Summary: We have been using MySchool since 2017. We are a hybrid academy, meaning parents are responsible for schooling at home and need all assignments and instructions in one place. We utilize the Files feature as a central place for parents and students to locate key documents relating to schedules and scope and sequence for courses.

Positive: We love the personal and fast response to support issues. MySchool staff are helpful with answers and willing to set up video chats to work through more challenging issues. They are proactive at alerting schools to busier times when more issues may arise. We also appreciate the clear access to assignments for both parents and students, the ability to generate spreadsheets for various criteria, the ability to communicate with specific groups within the system, and being able to loop back and generate reports for previous years' assignments.

Negative: Though MySchool is responsive to suggestions, there are a couple of things we wish could change: that parents would be able to upload assignments for younger students who don't have their own email and therefore their own login, and from tutors, that there would be fewer screens to work through when inputting assignments.

Summary: Having used this system over the last 10 years has overall been good. Our School continues to grow and the My School Program grows with it.

Positive: We have used the My School for our K-12 Canadian school about 10 years now. Although at times we have had some glitches the My School team has always been there to assist and help us through and set up our system to perform satisfactorily. They are a great team!

Negative: The time lapse between our time zone and Malta (they are 4 hours ahead) when we do have an urgent situation is sometimes hard to manoeuvre around. We have learned to plan ahead.

Summary: Support is very dependable as they know what to give you whenever you have questions. Kudos to the great team behind MySchool SIS.

Positive: System is highly independent, all of the features that it has. No issues were encountered for quite a few months already.

What I like most is how the data is being stored as it only requires small amount of data per user.

Negative: I don't see any negative feedback for this system.

Summary: There are different type of management things this tool is capable of, and the best among them that we use is to generate reports of different sections of students independently. The search option is a great feature of this tool which we use frequently to get details of some particular students who passes a test or participates in a scholarship exam to provide the reward. There are other things too which we use the tool for , and mainly of them are related to management, basically this tool has made all our management work easy.

Positive: MySchool SIS comes with a decent user interface with almost zero knowledge on programming to operate this tool. It has made our institute data management a quite easy task. It provides detailed reports on every section uniquely through which we can differentiate the results between one course to another. The integration with other important software is quite easy.

Negative: There isn't a lot to describe in this particular section as this is the best tool that we ever used for our institution's data management.

Summary: I really like how we are able to handle all the college data simply without getting confused and making mistakes.

Positive: What really attracted me with is the organized management of the college data, it's really impressive how much you can accomplish with this software.

Negative: They could've made the user interface much easier but it's not much of a problem.

Summary: Support of the system is very approachable and you can easily create service request for any possible issues or questions that you have.

Positive: System is immersive in providing adequate customization for administrators. Considering the customization, the system is already flawless by default. Unlike other systems, features are easily laid out on the left navigation bar. Best feature is the records management as we have hundreds of enrolled people and we can easily look up the needed information.

Negative: The reporting takes some time to extract. So far no bugs encountered.

Summary: Overall, the internal team and technical support are highly capable in resolving your issues. That is the important part of considering a product in general.

Positive: Simplicity of the system is what makes it unique. Most school system have a lot of nitty gritty to choose from. MySchool SIS will show you what you need to see and accomplish.

No service interruption considering this is over the cloud.

Negative: Had a hard time exporting the needed reports but I think it's because of the internet connection of the host so you need to consider that.

Summary: Features includes enrollment system, grading system, report generation and basically what you need as an educational company / institute. We managed to implement on more than 10k students and system is doing great.

Positive: System is genuinely good and straightforward in handling school related services. What I like about this is how the data are always available when needed. We've exported several records from 10,000 users and no issues were encountered.

Negative: Nothing to comment about the cons of the system as there are none.

Summary: This system is very good and has a great future ahead. The support is very friendly and technical in dealing with the case.

Positive: I am a school IT admin assigned to setup this system in the school that I supported. The system primarily focuses on the management system of organizational records and course management.

What I like about it is that this is very straightforward to setup with minimal issues (integration with 3rd party) in which support has easily provided solution.

Feature wise, schools will find this beneficial if they want to proceed with the self service of enrollment for students.

Negative: A little issue was encountered during integration of emails. When I was creating our txt records for the system to accept our email domains but this will be easy to resolve as it only took at least 10 mins before support helped us resolve.
