    Confusing Usage Contracts

    Date: Jul 29 2022

Summary: Overall, I wouldn't suggest using Monster for a platform to post your job openings. There are so many other options out there to use nowadays.

Positive: The support rep I was working with was so helpful. It took longer than the two of us expected, but they were helpful the whole time.

Negative: I ended up cancelling my subscription with Monster, because features I thought I would be able to use were not provided. Their contracts are confusing and definitely felt like full truth was being used. It also ended up taking the support team a very long time to finally cancel my payment and refund our company the money back.
