Summary: This is a great tool to use with colleagues when discussing and planning something new or even something old.

Positive: I love the interaction Miro gives to multiple users to plan, discuss, and move items around during the planning.

Negative: I wish there were more tools to use on Miro; for instance (organize based off hashtag word/phrase).

Summary: I'm excited to continue to use Miro for more virtual events and planning sessions since remote work is likely in my organization's longer-term future!

Positive: My team is spread across four different countries and Miro has been a game-changer in helping us do collaborative brainstorming sessions even when we can't be together in person. I love the post-it note-themed design and find the platform very visually appealing.

Negative: It took a little bit of practice and use to get comfortable with the platform and all that it can do.

Summary: All in all, Miro is a great platform, with great value for money. It is suitable for both early stage ventures, as well as on an enterprise level. I highly recommend!

Positive: There were several notable benefits to Miro, but the following are the main highlights:

1. Really convenient for brainstorming for any team activity. Specifically, across strategic firm meetings, the through customizable boards provide flexibility and strong user experience in sharing ideas.
2. Strong integration to key platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
3. Readymade templates are very user friendly and allow for better visualization of ideas/planning/etc.

In addition, on enterprise level, the prices per user are very fair.

Negative: Difficult to identify any specific cons. Perhaps the only main improvement is to allow for easier way for users to upload content that's outside of Miro (i.e. video's etc.)

Summary: It's simple and fast to set up. Two highly important features I look for in software. This has a lot of features that I never use. If I started to diagram charts more like a pro I could do that with this software. Multifunctional software. Big plus!

Positive: Works on any device mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop. Easy to sign up and use. Great for whiteboard presentations online.

Negative: The user interface is clunky and takes up screenspace. Free version has big ads pop up bottom center.

Summary: Easy to use whiteboard software. Always on and works great. The menu icons could be rearranged or hidden behind a menu button to show more screen. Works well and no training needed. Open the box and ready to use.

Positive: Great whiteboard software. Easy to use. Works on iPad really well. Has shapes that you need to make any drawing you need (I used this for business only). Great for diagrams or tutorial videos.

Negative: Like any free version you eventually need the paid plan to get the features that you want to use.

Summary: Overall, Miro - even in its free version - has provided me all that I might need in a collaboration platform.

Positive: I am still finding ways to use all the flexible features afforded by the Miro platform. I appreciate the ability to involve my team members without the need for additional licenses, and the desktop app is also well done. Although I'm pretty new to using Miro, the library of ready templates has gotten me started for every single use case I've required to date. Kudos !

Negative: Despite it providing the majority of the basic functionalities, as I am maturing in my usage of the platform, the free version is rather restricted (as one might expected). So be ready to quickly outgrow the free version and contemplate one of the paid options.

Summary: Overall this is an amazing tool to bring more excitement and creativity to your meetings, plus a way to hear from team members who might not be as vocal. Just watch their tutorials to see the way it looks when a whole group of people are throwing their ideas out there in real-time. It's invigorating! The tool can seem overwhelming when you're first learning how to use it but that's only because there are so many features and ways it could be used.

Positive: Miro is like whiteboarding on steroids. It's been the perfect replacement for physical whiteboard and other brainstorm activities during this time working from home. Miro seems to have been made for super agile teams who do things like design sprints, design thinking, etc. My team isn't particularly agile, but we've still loved using Miro to brainstorm ideas, plus it encourages us to think outside the box. There are so many templates to choose from like storyboards, flow charts, and different workshop / focus group activities. We've even used this with our clients to think through complicated ideas a couple of times. It has a ton of awesome functionality for facilitation, such as being able to hide parts of your board or lock them so they can't be edited by participants, and 'attention management' where you can make sure everyone is looking at the part of the board you're looking at. They also have a nice number of integrations with outside tools like popular project management tools.

Negative: There's a comment function which is awesome, but if things on your Miro board get moved around, the comment won't move with them, so you might end up seeing a comment and not knowing what part of the board it's referring to. I felt that the UX was great, but there are definitely some less tech savvy members of my team who found it confusing, and a little dizzying with the board moving around so much.

Summary: Miro is a very trustworthy collaboration tool. It's lightweight and boosts the communication frequency with the team. It's easy in usability and powerful in performance and functionality.

Positive: Miro is a powerful team collaboration platform. It's not only limited to team communication you can also manage projects, share files, share screens and track work progress. It's also the best tool for visualizing every task and project. It helps to promote productivity in organization.

Negative: Just one or two minor I bugs faced in past. Overall it's a great tool.

Summary: Miro has saved us time by providing several capabilities like as whiteboarding, real-time editing, visualizing ideas, and so on. I recommend Miro to anybody searching for the greatest collaboration solution in terms of functionality and cost.

Positive: One of the greatest tools for taking notes and improving team cooperation. It also has whiteboard tools that aid in visualizing ideas and opinions. With the aid of Miro, it has become more easier to address difficulties inside teams.

Negative: In terms of features, there is nothing to dislike. It is fantastic in every way. The only thing they could improve is their customer service capabilities.

Positive: Miro boards has helped us to create flowcharts, diagrams and other visual aids and through that it has enhanced communication and collaboration.
Also i like how it has organized our thoughts and ideas.

Negative: Miro is easy to use and has a lot of features which are amazing and that makes it a great choice, nothing that i dislike towards it!

Summary: It is working well even with first time users. It gives out the best support to its members Miro applies quality and redefined technology for creative communications.

Positive: Miro offers a transparent way for teams to brainstorm ideas and to discuss arising issues even when the members are in different locations.

I like the collaborative aspect and the templates available.

Negative: Do far I have heard a very close and good relationship with Miro I haven't been disappointed.

Summary: My overall experience is just great with Miro! It has been a great platform for project management so far since i started working with it.

Positive: I like how easy it is to start with Miro since it comes with a pre made template.

With it we are able to create better user flows and roadmaps as a result of the collaborative features made available by Miro.
It’s very affordable to it’s user since it has a very reasonable price!

Negative: The only drawback i have experienced with Miro is that it takes an extra click every time that i want to write the name on the whiteboard, otherwise everything else is great with it!

Summary: Its infinite canvas enables us to lead engaging workshops and meetings, design products, brainstorm ideas and many more.

Positive: Miro is really an excellent tool for letting creativity flow.
I particullary like it’s inbuilt tools like icons and emojis.
Also i like how Miro boundaries are limitless.
Also Miro is excellent for endless brainstorming.

Negative: Miro has accelerated innovation among us, nothing that i dislike towards it.

Summary: Generally, Miro has become very useful for planning with bigger teams and for knowledge exchange in the company.

Positive: It can be used easily and can be shared in a remote setting
It is great for collaboration and documentation of business.

Negative: I have always found the template that I am looking for Miro gives me a smooth time I really love Miro.

Summary: Miro is easy to use, we use it for creating flow charts, process maps, whiteboards, stakeholders and many other things.
Its price is also top notch.

Positive: I like how Miro has great resources for my team and how it has helped us to develop test plans, product user analysis and presentations.

Also it has made it easy to make visuals in real time and through that conversations around complex planning are made much easier.

Negative: Miro has really changed our life! We have nothing that disgust us while working with it!
