Positive: What i like best about Miro is how user-friendly and intuitive it is which makes it extremely easy to use even for new beginners. Negative: Everything about Miro works pretty well and smoothly. Nothing to dislike at the moment since it meets all our expectations.

Negative: I got nothing to dislike about Miro. It is a brilliant and incredible platform for collaboration and i recommend it.

Negative: Support has been top-notch and unparalleled. They've made sure they have the right solution to a problem. They're also responsive and proactive 24/7.

Negative: Miro undoubtedly is #1 virtual collaboration platform that works great for any teams. And momentarily I don't have any dislike.

Positive: I really love how user friendly Miro is and easy to use generally any user find it so user friendly and easy to set-up. It's also flexible that helps us to lay down ideas and progressively develop them and thus enables faster decisions making.
Remote working has become very easy because of the collaboration features and enhances teamwork where we are able to work on multiple projects easily.
My team and I are able to produce numerous ideas and plan them to be effective projects with Miro. Also it's a helpful tool whenever we have an online meeting let everyone draw to whiteboard and share idea ms to improve the quality of the meeting visually.

Negative: I don't like the limit of the whiteboard size that we can use drawn or adding shapes to the board. Should also be flexible to be used in all devices.

Summary: Would recommend certainly. Especially if you have many remote teams and work a lot remotely. A whiteboard tool that could be used in many departments was required. It worked well and many people said how much it helped them to work together. Stay linked and innovate as we build on the basis of the COVID-19 crisis in our meetings. We don't normally work from home.

Positive: Miro provides an opportunity to make suggestions and brainstorms together among various individuals around the organisation. I appreciated the simplicity with which ideas were expressed and input provided without delay in real time. We could integrate as many people as we wanted and set up multi-project boards. This dashboard in real time lets us stay connected and I like that in graphic form. I like that, too, that you can tag people with certain action items on your team.

Negative: When I started to use it, it was a little frustrating. I wanted to make it a little easier, more intuitive and a little less design-centered, but also just in regular marketing centered on people. When you first start registering, it can be a little crazy, but you're finally getting used to it. I'm glad you can still use the free plan with Miro.

Summary: I really like the UI, which is easy to customize and navigate making user experience top-notch. I enjoyed the automatic saving of the current progress hence I don't have to lose it.

Positive: Miro has been fantastic team collaboration tool that makes it simple to create shared boards for group and this makes collaboration in projects so easy and effective. I also like how this tool facilities how my team members share ideas in real-time which makes it perfect for remote work.

I also use Miro creative templates that has greatly helped in content management and for brainstorming and collaborative meetings and makes it so seamless and comfortable to work remotely.
Miro customer support team is always very dedicated and responsive 24/7.

Negative: Miro price could be a little hectic for the small organisation looking for growth and development some would really feel it's a bit higher. All in all this is the greatest virtual online collaboration tool.

Positive: I like simplified ways into creating customs, diagrams, flowcharts and mind maps. Intuitive to use interface with flexibility and adaptability to fit our needs.

Negative: Its features works extremely excellent and support team is always knowledgeable and available.

Summary: Miro generally is easy to use and it's well designed and packaged with great and robust features including the security features. This features enables us to attend meetings easily and workshops.

Positive: As a team we heavily rely on Miro for different purposes like projects management, collaboration and communication between our teams members and customers.
It enables us to visually collaborate from anywhere anytime. This has improved how we work on projects and how we work as a team and hence have managed to achieve a lot in the past 2 years.

Overall Miro helps me to run collaborative workshops, visualize on ideas and turn them into great projects and we are able to easily and accurately make better decisions.

Negative: Miro has account limitations to just 3 boards so it's a bit difficult to attract new users. It also could be better if Miro could allow different user groups within a team in order to give different permissions for different projects.
