Summary: We've been able to achieve a lot by using Miro, productivity has greatly improved and we've been able to complete more projects and tasks on time hence saving time and cost.

Positive: Miro is very flexible and intuitive tool that allows me to collaborate from anywhere with my colleagues conveniently hence boost remote collaboration and teamwork. We use it both internally and externally because of its wide range of projects management and interaction with our clients and stakeholders. It's very easy to use and maintain.
I like how easy and simple to create shared boards for group work.
Miro lets us share ideas in real-time together with my colleagues which makes it all-in-one tool with fresh ideas and great ideation brainstorming session tool.

Negative: So far so good, I think this should be an improvement and it's on the mobile app which is not that user friendly.

Summary: Planning, brainstorming session and discuss with my colleague has improved our collaboration and teamwork.
It's a teamwork and task assignment, setting team goals, designing workflows and decisions making.

Positive: Miro is the best collaboration tool and project management that is very easy to use, setup and a clean straightforward UI that works best for my team. It's a flexible tool that helps me to lay out my ideas and develop them effectively.
Enhance remote working, collaboration on complex design related problems to be more easier.

I have been using it for almost 2 years now for team retrospectives, collecting notes on past release, gathering ideas for improvements and more.

Negative: Not a con but Miro need to keep improving. Always a room for improvement. It's a very perfect tool for all needs in my organization starting from collaboration and project management.

Summary: My overall experience is great I love how Google integrates with Google Workspace and Zoom to boost collaboration and teamwork and projects management.

Positive: Miro when maximized to the fullest gives excellent collaboration and project management capabilities. It's the real deal for visualizing and tracking our projects, and gives us the ability to create custom diagrams, flowcharts and mindmaps that are perfect to capture the essence of our projects.
I also love I am able to get a variety of wide range of templates and shapes, or even create my own custom elements to match my project perfectly.
I love the UI which is very user-friendly and easy to use/setup hence making the user experience excellent.

Negative: The online thing Miro seems not to work correctly is lack of built-in calendar view and the ability to set reminders or notifications for deadlines.
This tool everything else works greatly. And keep on improving.

Positive: Miro is the best whiteboard collaboration, communication and project engineering management making it all-in-one platform. I love how easy it is to make visuals in real-time with my team which makes conversation so enjoyable and professional even when we are dealing with multiple projects at a go makes everything better and faster.
It's an excellent solution for remote brainstorming sessions which enhances the brainstorming process like virtual whiteboards, video conferencing/meetings and wide range of templates for brainstorming sessions.
Miro swimlanes and flowchart are very robust and helpful because they enables cross-functional teams to collaborate and understand sequence of activities and decisions points in a project very easily.
I love the support is top-notch and supportive 24/7.

Negative: For me the user experience has been amazing and I don't have any drawbacks at the moment everyone is enjoying Miro so much.

Summary: My user experience has been very phenomenal because this tool has been very top-notch by providing what exactly they promised and the support team is one of the best when it comes to supporting users on time.

Positive: Miro has been a top tire collaboration and communication platform that is very user-friendly, intuitive and easy-to-use generally by all the employees. It's an excellent tool for remote brainstorming, project management and training new employees. It's also a great tool for video conferencing and wide range of templates for brainstorming sessions like flowcharts, and mindmapping.
I love how fast and quick it is to set-up feedback boards on a pre-configured ideal that makes it easy for me to prepare for meetings and contribute before the meeting happens. This saves time and makes all our collaboration between stakeholders and clients.

Negative: I don't know if it's a dislike or a form of enhancing security but the logging process is somehow tiresome because I have to log in and the next asked to re-log in often.

Summary: Miro is the best tool for same time collaboration. We use it to collaborate within and outside our organization and it has really been of great help. I like its intuitive interface which is very easy to use even for those who have never used it before. It brings people together to exchange ideas.

Positive: I like how it is very easy and fast to create a board and use the provided templates and it is very easy to edit existing board. I like ease of use and the ability to work both in person and remotely. The user interface is friendly, intuitive and easy to learn and understand. With the help of Miro, we don't have to look or create time when everyone is busy in the office to collaborate. The format is fun and engaging and i like how customizable it is.

Negative: For the few years i have been using Miro i haven't yet experienced anything that requires improvement. The way it is, it's complete.

Summary: With Miro, creating roadmaps, planning and creating flowcharts is very easy and simple. It has helped us to work together and towards the same goal and until today it has been of great help to me and my organization entirely. It's screen sharing feature helps us much especially when holding our weekly meetings.

Positive: What i love most about Miro is how it brings us together as a team. It is the best brainstorming and co-working platform i have ever used. I like how it makes it easy to interact with other colleagues regardless of where they are. It is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to collaborate with multiple people at the same time. It is one of the best platforms I have ever used to make flowcharts and also business process models.

Negative: Overall Miro is excellent but it can take some time for new beginners to get used to it.

Positive: First, I must disclose the fact that i have used Miro for the past 4 years and it is a brilliant and incredible tool for board management. It is very easy to use and i find it fun to engage with coworkers. I have tried several whiteboards for collaboration with others but i find Miro the best and easy to learn.

Negative: I would like to have the ability to clarify different boards in a structure like folders and directories.

Positive: Miro is very easy to use and very flexible. It allows us to work efficiently as a team even when we are not in the same room. It is very helpful to be able to see all the previous weeks retros in the same place. If has a very nice and intuitive user interface which makes it super easy to learn and understand. I like the fact that it helps me to share ideas and visions with colleagues.

Negative: I find it sometimes slow to load responses and boards. Nothing much.

Negative: Even though the application is user-friendly and intuitive,the new version may take time to get used to it fully especially for first time users.

Negative: The only challenge is the current mobile application which is not up to date.

It comes with a various tools such as sticky pad, shapes, notes and diagrams which makes representation more stand out.
And the best part is its pricing which starts with merely $8 per months and varies plan to plan, but even the basic $8 Plans provides much more useful tools that one can take use of.

Negative: We don't have any such issues with this toll, it's a complete tool for remote collaboration.

Summary: Overall experience has been great and I have been using it since 2+ years. There are lot of good templates and easy to use with good UI. ERD's, Flow charts can be done at very short span . Thanks to the templates they have offered.

Positive: I use it on weekly basis for my planning. It also allows users to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance communication and collaboration. The platform is highly versatile and can be used for both individual and team projects, with a range of collaboration features.

Negative: They should have better mobile app so that it can be more easy to use. Current app is not up to the mark.
