Positive: One of the most impressive features of Miro is its flexibility. It allows our team to collaborate instantaneously, no matter where we are in the world. Whether we're working on a complex project, planning a meeting, or brainstorming new ideas, Miro provides an endless canvas to bring our ideas to life. With its powerful visual collaboration tools, we can easily create diagrams, charts, mind maps, and other visual aids that help communicate our ideas more effectively.

Negative: It is sometimes difficult to fully integrate Miro into our workflow which has different softwares and this leads to a disjointed experience if we need to switch between multiple tools frequently.

Summary: I am able to brainstorm ideas on any new product development and project.

Positive: Miro is a very comprehensive and powerful whiteboard collaboration and communication tool that is very well suited to both small-team and large teams to boost collaboration and communication. Miro provides a platform where we are able to organize our thoughts and visualize workflow and approval processes.
Miro is easy to use and get started. It's the best simple note taking that is well suited for complex conversation.
It's a great tool that allows multiple users/team members to participate and collaborate on different projects and tasks to save time and cost.

Negative: Creating a board within a group but limiting access to that particular board.

Summary: Miro is a brilliant whiteboard collaboration tool with different features that helps us create brainstorming workshops with our teams and cross-functional clients.

Positive: It's a top-notch tool for collective brainstorming in real-time. I predominantly use Miro for a couple of reasons like for brainstorming, collaboration, virtual meetings and project management with our immediate teams and cross-functional clients. I love how Miro is helpful for building and displaying workflows which helps us in describing different stages of our current workflows.
Miro makes every of our team members to be more productive and focused.

Negative: Doesn't support live audience interaction.

Lack of Slack integration.

Summary: My user experience has been phenomenal. Over 2 years I have used Miro this tool has delivered its promise to be effective and efficient always.

Positive: One thing I really like about Miro is how flexible and simple it can be for any user. The UI and UX is well designed and very easy to use and customize.
This tool is the ideal tool that we use both internally and externally for collaboration with teams that are working remotely and on-premises. It's also a great tool for brainstorming in real-time both in-person and remotely.
Miro provides the space and formatting for plotting out interactive thinking where it also enables us to re-shape and re-order in an excellent and efficient way.
This tool makes visualizations of roadmaps, processes, techniques and other things to be very super great and handy.

Negative: Miro works greatly on all devices making user experience very phenomenal. I also like the support is very user-friendly and responsive. I barely have no dislike momentarily.

Summary: We are using the tool for past 2 years. Miro helped us to significantly reduce our working time with its amazing features. During pandemic time also we can collaborate and work together in a single platform.

Positive: The best feature i like about Miro is it can be accessible to persons with disabilities. Pre-built whiteboard feature is really good. Both desktop and mobile versions are available.

Negative: Dashboard need some improvement. Other than this its an awesome tool with lots of features.

Summary: My overall experience is just great. It's been more than a year now and it has been great for project management so far for me. I would really recommend it to my friends and colleague.

Positive: Miro is a great tool to manage a project as it provides a lot of features and a large set of participants can collaborate together on this. It is a web-based tool so it doesn't require any application download or installation on the device. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. Project progress tracking, planning, and scheduling are very easy. We can create kanban, checklist, swimlanes, and progress indicators as well which eventually helps us manage the project very easily. Task assignments and progress are also very easy on this tool.

Negative: This tool is really awesome and has a lot of pros but a feature that I like the least would be the lack of offline mode. There should be an offline mode that we can use when we don't have internet connectivity.

Summary: Easy to manage the tool. We can effectively collaborate and work together in a single platform. Integrations are really helpful.

Positive: Helps to create and organize our ideas and to turn those ideas to reality. Sticky notes are really effective to note down our ideas. We can also put comments on different ideas.

Negative: Can't find any downside with the tool. Everything works very fine and our clients are happy with the tool.

Positive: The best tool to increase productivity by properly managing the team and time. Easily able to track the work hours of each individual. The whiteboard feature help us visualize our ideas. Great tool with great features.

Negative: Nothing so far. Our team is happy with the features of the tool. Their customer executives are ready to help us at any time. The initial learning curve is not so steep. We can easily learn the tool with the help of their documentation and videos.

Positive: Perfect accessibility of relevant information and tools to all (teams, us/C.E.Os and our clients), easy to comment post status and give guidelines and feedbacks. Perfect in data visualization.

Negative: I have no Miro's dislike on my four years experience.
