Mintable makes it easy to turn your content (such files, artworks, music, PDFs and images) into items that live on the blockchain. Mintable allows you to create smart contracts without needing to code/programme it. Digital items can live on the blockchain using smart contracts. Simply fill in the details of your item and the smart contract is created. Mintable allows you to browse and purchase digital items that are for sale. These items are stored on the blockchain and deposited into your wallet when you purchase them. You can be 100% sure that you own the item you purchase. Images are attached to all items so you can see what they represent in your wallet. If it is a trading card, the card image. Some items may have files attached to them. Only the owner can access the file and download it.

    Glitches with website is one thing.

    The worse customer service experience ever is another!!!!!
    28+ hours and ongoing and still no answer or ETA 😞😞😞😡😡😡

    Positive: I liked some features but at the time of writing this review and due to the issues I'm having, I'm lacking the capacity to mention the positive!

    Negative: -Terrible glitchy website
    -Horrible customer service experience

    First starting with the uploading system, I have decided to use their batch minting as it seemed the fastest and most efficient way to mint my NFTs, I opened a store and got 50 free batch mints for free. looked super promising! and didn't cost more than a couple of hundreds.

    When I started to upload the items, the glitches started and I had to upload my items twice as a whole but also had to refill some items twice as I go as the website would freeze and the only way for me not to lose the progress was to go back to the previous item then next then upload item again before I was able to proceed.
    took me hours of work to upload my NFTs!!!!

    After uploading the NFTs and minting them,
    my NFTs were MINTED WRONG, it had glitches so bad, placing one video of one item over most of the other items making me collection look weird and as if I have only one product 50 times!!!!! not only that but it also listed my items at huge amounts of ETH not the designated prices I placed!

    -I contacted customer service when I saw my items were minted wrong and listed wrong and they suggested I delist, edit and relist items. and so I did, only to have all my NFTs disappear 😶!!! again I contacted customer service and they seem to have found my NFTs at a random wallet!!!!

    -its been three days since I started using the service and 25+ hours since I first contacted support on discord and more than 28+ since I contacted support on their website.
    they still have no ETA to when I will have an answer!
    they never mentioned anything about compensation
    and when I first contacted them, they made it seem as I'm the one not filling and uploading the files right !!!!!!
